Denis Cyplenkov (born 10th March 1982) is a Russian armwrestler, bodybuilder, and strongman champion.
He started strength sports in 1993, then he started arm wrestling in 1996 at the age of 14. From 2008 he will focus exclusively on professional competitions. His notoriety goes beyond the boundaries of sport, particularly for his physique. Measuring 1.86 meters, he weighed at his best 140 kg, with an arm circumference of 64 cm and a wrist circumference of 24 cm.
But what was most striking were his enormous hands with very thick fingers.
He is a strict curl world record holder since 2015 with a weight of 113 kg.

@@nisha3727 that is because it was tournament format meaning you only get to pull one time.... same way John beat him in a tournament before that... so you are wrong it was revenge in 2010 ....
He is the epitome of this quote “ If you lose say little and if you win, say even less!” Total Sportsmanship.

Man, no matches in your video against (peak form both athletes): Richard Lupkes (2011, Win); Dave Chaffee (2014 at least, 3:0; but 2013 match was awesome too); Michael Todd (2016, 4:2); Devon Larrat (2018, 6:0). 4-5 matches against Pushkar were extremely intense too, even that Denis’s dominance was growing match by match.Without this matches this video is so incomplete.

The most impressive part of this video for me was how john was half his size and still just kept beating and beating him, he is the absolute GOAT. Pound for pound john is just on another level compared to anyone else including levan.

Its so insane to look at. Brzenk is so much smaller, he's older, he one a fraction of the PED's that Denis takes BUT Brzenk is gifted and had more experience.

I don't know but if this video was all I had to go on I would agree. Dennis ability to win arm wrestling seems directly attached to his ability to become a huge and jacked and twice the size of his opponents.

Because it's not "The Evolution of Denis Cyplenkov (2003-2023)". The title is clickbait. That's why it lingered a lot on all of Brzenk's victories, while purposfully ignoring Cyplenkov's victories against the guy in both 2009, and 2010 and only showing the one in 2023. That way, viewers get the impression that he was only able to beat Brzenk in his late 50's.

Нельзя считать победу Дениса Цыпленкова на Джоном в 2023 году, он его победил, так как Джон в возрасте, этот не показатель. Вот в 2008 году это была между ними схватка честная. 😮😮😮

Вот же блин...., смотришь на Дениса и думаешь - взрослый мужик, туда - сюда, воспринимаешь как ровесника, а смотришь 2003 год и понимаешь, что по сути ещё молодой чувак и всё впереди (мне в 2003 было 37, но сам до сих пор и качалка, бассик и ролики - велики, да и прочее иначе скучаю и начинаю подбухивать а после творить чё -то, нифига не меняюсь в поведении как с армии пришел в 86-ом, странно это короче нельзя мне без спорта как и Денису похоже)

Правила странные когда уже на пальцах борються чуть ли не на мизинцах судья ни чего не говорит а когда подьем на локтя на долю секунды или вообще на микро секунду или сдвиг на милиметр то все остановка поединка!Теряеться зрелищность и поединок останавливаеться когда еще можно спокойно продолжать его!

denis .even as teenager had extremely dense bones.And dense bones are responsible for strength. u can have muscles like Arnold Schwarzenegger but if u don't have dense bones u can forget it. BTW Devin also has dense bones.Devons hands are freaking huge

That is definitely true. John also has an enormous thumb for a man of his size. But, lets not forget that connective tissue, limb length and tendon/ligament insertions are also huge factors.

@@jamesdjl4359 in fact denis original plan was world strong gest man.He lifted so heavy that a blood vessel ruptured in his stomach and required surgery(wich can happen And has happen to many weight lifters.
