I just wanted to say, you guys are what inspired me to go into mental health, or rather the brain. I’ve decided I want to make that my career. I'm going to get my PsyD in psychology and become a neuropsychologist. Neuropsychologists study the relationship between the brain and the nervous system. So Id be studying neurological disorders which are entirely different from mental disorders. Thank you for the light and inspiration you guys are providing to the world

One of our littles split from a stressful experience that occurred when another member was regressed, despite the body being older (I think we were 14 at the time?).
I am just playing it in the bacground, because I watched those videos before, and I want my views to matter, even if only a little bit.
There’s also a little which is referred to age regression too! Someone who age regresses could be considered a little.
My main little who was stuck at 4 for at least 15 years, randomly started to age slide up, but it got stunted until he made the choice thereon to grow up. He's now able to choose when he fronts whether he wants to front in his little space self like he used to or a grown up version of himself hes still learning to sit in and figure out how he is in it. Definitely like to see more research of this!
You help me understand myself so much! I have always tried to put this into words, even for myself, it is so reassuring listening to you speak so clearly and thoroughly about something I’ve struggled to articulate for so long.
I’m so glad I found these guys. I’m very interested in figuring out all of our wonders and relatable moments not feeling alone anymore. We suffer with DID as well and I’ve always wondered, and had questions about my experiences. So I thank you all for helping and most definitely clarifying the disorder.
One of the family members (as you call alts) that I have ranges in age from 9 to 17. It depends what she feels like doing and who she's hanging out with. None of the alts that I am aware of are stuck in any time frame nor do any of them mistake what time they live in. They are not little tape recorders that have held and repeatedly play memories.
Good to see you. this past year has been bad for me, some personal stuff of betrayals in my life that triggered me, and my doctor died. i'm on my own totally with my healing and have had a great deal of success for personal communication and healing with the IFS system. most recently there are some new /or not known before - very very young ones that are non-verbal and its hard for me to work out how to talk to them. I do like all that you said here about the age sliding potentials ,, i find that quite alot- and many will age a bit when healing and unburdening is done- but i have to say that none are my 'body age on this planet' age - nor do i feel that way either. Personally i don't believe in a core self - and the doctors that do my system of healing have just caught up to that -We could get into a science talk about time here. All the best to you.
