A lot of people wonder why he randomly shoots everywhere when the kid shoots him. It wasn’t random. He was shooting at every direction he knew someone would be possibly posted up in.

exactly he was returning fire bc he didn’t know where it came from, this is the one of the rare times he was caught off guard (possibly the only time he was caught off guard)

This may be my favourite movie in the trilogy because it strips away a lot of the action movie style and shows mccall as what he basically is: a slasher movie villain.

One thing I've noticed that differentiates Equalizer from other characters like John Wick is that John Wick doesn't make all his kills personal. Most of them are by gun and very quick. Equalizer gets up close, usually with knives or other miscellaneous items and gives you a slow, painful death. Staring many of his victims in the eyes as they die. McCall is definitely more brutal, comparable to someone like Rambo. Watching him make that dude OD was brutal as hell

This film made me think so much of the Godfather, Yojimbo and how powerful the mafia was in Sicily and Naples

Denzel and Tony Scott made five films together. Man On Fire would probably have the most first place votes in a poll. It's absolutely fantastic, TOTALLY up your alley... and 9 year old Dakota Fanning is **FANTASTIC**!!

Great reaction as always! I agree with the frustration you feel watching this movie with the bad guys and how they get away with ruining the lives of a town of normal, every day, citizens. It's amazing how they write the bad guys in every movie so well, that you never feel remorse for any of them dying these insanely gruesome deaths!! Just to repeat what i've seen in some of the other comments...Denzel in Man on Fire is comparable to Mr. McCall or John Wick...and Dakota Fanning at such a young age stands out as a future, amazing actress! Keep up the good work yo!

idk if u realized it or not ut the Cia agent is Dakota fanning, she played the little girl pita in Denzel movie MAN ON FIRE, he was her bodyguard and she was like 7yrs old😊

I always looked at John Wick and Robert kinda as you would at chess. John Wick would be blitz chess and Robert McCall would be zugzwang.

Oooh man the only other time I've seen that move used (gun into the eye and shoot another) is in this movie called Wanted. You would absolutely LOVE that movie my dude😎
