Hi everyone, Emil was right about Viktor Korchnoi having played most number of games. So yes that was an error from our end. Kudos to him for every time finding an error in our quiz. We need to prepare better! - Sagar

Emil was in fact correct on who played the highest candidates games.Korchnoi played a total of 242 games. Korchnoi played in 10 Candidate cycles(1962, 1968, 1971, 1974, 1977, 1980, 1983, 1985, 1988, and 1991). 1962- 28 games 1968- 28 games 1971- 18 games 1974- 32 games 1977-43 games 1980- 33 games 1983-20 games 1985-15 games 1988-8 games 1991-17 games. Did a lot of research 😅. But yeah Emil was right. Insane that korchnoi played these many games. CBI please pin this comment to let everyone know.

Much more interesting person to interview than most active professional chess players. Aronian is interesting and knowledgeable though
What a great memory that Sutovsky has
Very much appriciated Sagar ji,Emil's knowledge about chess is incrediable, salute.a chess GM,who talks chess, thinks chess and even dreams chess i guess, but Emil sir,it is our game,an Indian gift to the world, hahaha
Really impressive. The players you quizzed fared so poorly. Emil is Gangsta.

Just wow, really enjoyed this. Please do such quizzes in future with other GMs as well
Amazing interview/quiz. Sutovsky has an amazing memory. Takes me a minute to remember what I had for dinner last night. Wish there was less background noise, so much chatter in the background.
Fide candidate closing ceremony please upload
Really amazed by Emily knowledge of the past.
The 2nd didnt play candidates qtn should itself be worth 100 points 😂
Why was the closing ceremony not streamed anywhere online? Any idea guys?
OMG the jeopardy music is killing me

Is there any award ? There is no money but I will be floored.
So what is the real answer of who played the most games, Korchnoi or Petrosian? It is the main point of contention between Sagar and Emil but it is never confirmed.
Viktor Korchnoi played a total of 186 games in the Candidates tournaments throughout his career.

Emil bhai Sagar Shah ko mercedes de do !! 😭😭
stop the music it is so disturbing, can't hear the actual stuff
You should have asked him about Peter hiene😂
The BG music is overwhelming. Should be slightly toned down.
the quizzing bgm is a good addition if your mics are clear. But Emil's voice is too soft and the bgm is ruining the experience.
To be fair the questions were really easy

Is this guy Slumdog millionaire?
2nd question was so boring and long that I slept while waiting for it to end at some point.
Good interview, could have been better. Very irritating music, does not resonate with audience of chessbase India.
Only Sara can beat this guy I think... May be.
