if you keep holding your rose power button you can slow down enemies but you should have atleast one of those spiritful herb power you can slow down enemies like you did here 15:49

Carry you can use the freaking ability which comes in the bottom right corner as white dot while pressing R1 in front of the enemy so that you don't have to waste your ammo and die always foolishly

Just to let you know Carry, you don't need to fire bullet in order to dodge them. Press and hold r1 on their face and you'll unleash a light that'll make them go blind for few seconds. Means k whenever you're surrounded, goli mat maro, r1 hold kr k rakho and Rose apnay magic se unhen blind krdegi for few seconds. It also works for bigger enemies. When you got the powers at first there was a tutorial you missed. Hope this helps you :) Cheers.
