I literally saw the movie Recess School's Out yesterday, and while I was watching it I started to cry remembering when I sat with my brothers (we were all children) to watch this amazing series, we didn't miss a single episode. I miss my childhood, school, my brothers and my friends from that time. Many precious memories. I couldn't help but cry. Now I'm binge-watching the series.

While I agree, it COULD be good; sometimes things are best to just be left at their top game (& always be remembered as amazing). Remember the Rugrats "All grown up"? Not so good. The "Doug" remake? Also, not great. The Proud Family remake? I think you get the point. Also, with Disney (recently) & their bastardisation of shows; I would shudder at what they would do.

16:16 the Box reminds me of the "In-School Suspension" we had at my school. When a student got ISS, they were put at a cubicle for the rest of the day, and if they were given multiple days, they would return to the building, but be placed in the cubicle in the morning and not allowed to leave till 3. It was supposed to be a suspension reworked so the parents didn't have to worry about if the kids were actually following it (school admins were watching us). I loved being in ISS, I was and still am a bit of a loner, so I was known to try to get in there as often as I could just so I could be left alone with my thoughts. This is what happens to a childs mind when bullies are left unchecked

I always thought the main would grow up to become teachers or work in the school environment themselves. T.J- school teacher even eventually elementary school principal, Gretchen-science teacher, Spinelli- art or P.E. teacher, Vince-coach, Mikey-kindergarten teacher, Gus-school counselor or school therapist
@jdsimmons97

Hmm. Yes and no. TJ - School Principal, Gretchen - a great scientist, Spinelli - wasn't sure but thought would follow TJ, Vince - a great (whichever sport he chose), Mikey - an Opera singer, and Gus - I thought he would join the military at some point. That's how I saw it anyways.
Can't say entire when you've missed episodes. Unless I've blanked out you missed TJ going native with the kindergarteners.

Every video of his that I've seen has had episodes missing. Billy and Mandy, for example (using that one because it's the first one I thought of) was missing the one with the killer clowns ("DESTROY US ALL! DESTROY US ALL! DESTROY US ALL! I'll have the chicken. DESTROY US ALL!") and the DBZ parody was also missing. I haven't seen that entire series so I'm unsure if there were others, but I was bummed he missed those. My theory on why is because sometimes episodes are missing from streaming services for one reason or another, and if it's not one of the ones everyone knows about (Stark Raving Dad, the episode of Spongebob with the panty raid, etc), the casual viewer might not be aware there are any not there

One of the greatest cartoons of all time. It’s in a whole different league, witty humour, quirky, fun, sometimes hilariously exaggerated moments. Great voice acting, great writing, interesting characters. The summer movie schools out is almost perfect. I have great memories watching this show as a child on family channel actually. 00:57:40 Ummm, correction...Recess: School's Out actually came out in February 2001, around the time Recess was heading into it's two final seasons. I'm not sure where you got 2007 from, but by that point Recess wouldn't be popular around the mid to late 2000s at that point. I do remember seeing Recess: School's Out on re-runs back in 2002, along with ClockStoppers in that same year, Hey Arnold, Spirited Away, And Treasure Planet to name a few.
@DSBOY33

I think the reason why he got 2007 is because I think around that time the movie was reanimated because I just looked at the original VHS I got in the animation was a little bit different than this
@SuperFlashDriver

@@DSBOY33 I didn't know they re-animated it in 2007, because I saw the movie re-runned on Disney back in 2001/2002 when it was originally animated prior to 2007. Hence why i was very confused as to why he mentioned 2007, but thanks to you, it was re-animated in 2007 I guess to clean up the animation of the film. But from my end, the way it looked originally in 2001 was fine by me, but I guess they wanted to re-do it so, kudos to them.
