@@SomeRandomPiggo Well the original was 2004, but yeah after the Episodes came out it got updated to the newer version of Source. It might even be running on the 2013 version of source, I know there's been a lot of new engine updates.

A full 1:1 scale is difficult to manage. The only game that managed this effectively is Flight Simulator. It managed to be optimized to give a real world visual as well as not be so demanding on modern computers.

What about Kerbal Space Program? Ok, technically, the planets in that game are 10 times smaller than their real life counterparts, meaning that Kerbin - Earth's analog - would be 1275.6 km in diameter instead of 12756 km for Earth. Despite that, the game simulates an entire solar system and isn't really demanding. Then there's SpaceEngine - a 1:1 replica of the ENTIRE UNIVERSE. That's right! A 1:1 replica of ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. And it isn't that demanding either, other than for the stunning graphics of course.

I was high while watching this, and I noticed the face in the blue box at 1:00 and it scared the shit outta me lol

The missing textures can be fixed by redownloading the addon/unsubscribing/subscribing again and most importantly running GarrysMod on 64 bit branch version. Glad you like my maps, I will still bugtest my addon even more for missing textures just in case

This is, I think, satellite data and photography from satellites to create the cityscape. There is a Minecraft project created by artists that's something impressive. You can find it on KZread possibly by searching Minecraft Globe, or Minecraft Earth.

noclip speed being at 25000, the default is 5, and to get across flatgrass in about 2 seconds, you only need to put it at about 100. think about that speed lol.
