@@seductiveraven4895 "Doom as character" probably because he had and still have a list of bugs related to his kit (Rocket Punch, Seismic Slam and Meteor Strike) and how it interact with all the terrain and other abilities around it

can't believe the ow1 hog hook bugs didn't make the list, twomad treating the enemy like a fidget spinner was a good time

My favorite bug was in the game for years, a very simple one, but I always got so much joy out of it. If you said “Hello” or “Thanks” as you died or fell off the map the enemy team would hear your death sounds over their comms as if you were their teammate. I’d always jump off the map as Ana to annoy them with her 6 second long “AAAAAAHHHHHHH!”

Man these bugs are kinda nostalgic. I remembered almost every single one.

I'm almost certain Blizzard intentionally designed Orisa's orb to tag through walls from the beginning since Zarya's also been able to do this since forever. It feels like they either forgot or simply tried playing it off as though it was a bug.

Anyone else remember the Mei ice wall bug that tilted your character on their side and you could jump to the skybox? I remember being in class when it was discovered, but it was hotfixed by the time I got home :( Also the invisible turret bug when you threw torb's turret on top of Mei's ice block. This game has so many fun bugs

also there was one that literally no one remembers from December of 2020 where that was one of the few instances in Overwatch 1 where they temporarily removed a hero. D.Va had a bug with her eject which would literally make her invincible. Tbf, Bastions ULT bug wasn't that good. Even with all those bombs, they were slower back then to the point you could literally be dead center and walk out. He'd at most get 1 elim. A testament to how trash the ULT is. The one that was really broken was the inf Torb E

But it is. Unfortunately, that shatter by Flats was blocked because the origins of the shatter are from Reins back foot. I know this because Ive had plenty of shatters blocked like that.

Nice vid, Flappymaxxing could have been included in the Genji Movement section, but to be fair it's a pretty recent thing. Also, does anybody else remember other objective based glitches like the cart auto pushing through a door and making teams lose since they couldn't contest or when points would say 100% captured but wouldn't give the team the cap? Also entire matches just shutting down mid-game and moving the entire lobby to a new map lol

I mean, you forget when Skyshatter was a thing? You forget about Rein's vacuum being a coin flip between launching someone you should've pinned to the statosphere or sucking someone from a mile away into it? Not saying he's generally shafted, but his glitches were kinda nutty when in his favour, which was more often than not.

@@DragonEdge10 "Forget"? Buddy, Rein's pin is *_still_* like that eight years and three rework attempts later. That's not a bug, it's a feature at this point. As for "Skyshatter", I remember it well. I remember when Shatter had a 2-meter climb threshold to creep up things like stairs, cars and barricades, the payload, small buildings, etc... then I think they nerfed it down to 1 meter, and excluding flyers, a handful of characters can just _jump_ over Shatter as if they had Bap's Exo-Boots. I think we're living in two different realities, because for as long as I've been playing the game, Rein's always been a bit broken and usually worse off for it.

@@ZeroGForce Man, stupid Rein charge lmao 🫠 Honestly I firmly believe that Rein's ability are somehow coded to make everyone's life more miserable in the funniest way possible, which means if you're playing him you'll get shit on by a point blank shatter missing and if you're playing against him you'll get killed because he slammed into the wall 5 meters to your right and you happened to look at him a bit funny

These glitches are nothing without some funny streamer moments. Where is the flying widow clutch by dafran (mei spawn wall bug) 😂Anyway good job on the video man! Also the current hog ult hook bug is funny af.

TORB INFINITE TURRETS??? HELLO??? NO MENTION...

One of my absolute favorites was the Lucioball glitch in 2016 where, with precise timing, you could use a bug to bring up hero select and it chose a random hero instead of Lucio. I have footage of Reaper (and other heroes) massacring the field and getting play of the game LOL.

Great video, although you did miss my favourite glitch, when DVA was unkillable in her mech

I remember a glitch back in the earlier seasons of OW2, while in Paraiso, Mei can lift Rat's Tire into the ceiling and out of bounds.

Wasn't in the video but shout out to brig's super dash(?) that you could do when you whipped and shield bashed at the same time, was actually fun until it got patched loll

In Overwatch 1 they were features in Ow2 they are bugs PS: good Vid, music going a bit ballistic in the end

Symmetra indestructible shield gen/TP (inside Junkertown map geometry) Symmetra indestructible turrets Symmetra fake shield gen (places the base only when used but does not grant shields) Symmetra TP teleporting you to the centre of the map Symmetra turret wall climb Symmetra turrets microwaving you through walls Symmetra using TP on slanted Mei ice wall to permanently tilt allies and give them flight And finally... Symmetra causing every teammate to flame you for literally anything prior to her rework into the damage role.

Le gasp! I do not see the mystery hero emote glitch here. Shame, that’s my favorite bug in the game and made that game mode 100% better

And now with venture we got across the map drill with venture and doom! What you essentially gotta do to make it happen is punch venture while she does her drill dash thing and it sends her way too far.

i have a good one with recorded proof, it was very short but on the lucio map(cant remember the name) there was a mercy glitch, it was done on while respawning on the enemy team, u had to stay in a certain spot and respawn within the spawn room before match started, done well you would drop the fps OF EVRYONE down to like 5 fps, only when i swaped to pistol i could go to like 14 fps, it was so fun but it got patched quickly

Honestly they do a decent job at preventing bugs considering how many characters and interactions there are. I still remember the mei wall tilt glitch from ow 1 that was the OG

that genji bug coming back in ow2 brings so many memories.

Road hogs hook needs an entire vid

2:19 Imagine if a character was made who could Stop Time and had an ability like this. With the context that he froze time and walked to that point. It could be something like Sombra's teleport, except it's something you can't destroy cause it's just them putting down a mental note on a specific position to go back to.

The hog hook was a terrifying

don't forget the torp double E, when he about to finish the first E he can prest again and it will activate with only 5s cooldown, its was on same time with bastone ult's but people just didn't talk about it to much cuz bastone was the big deal that time

I miss the brig whipshot bug where it laubched you like a genji dash when you used it w/ bash

The infinite bastion ult was unironically so funny when it happened

btw the brig infinite shield bug was still in the game in the april fools mode this year, some guy did it my first ever game

You should research that bug where if ball slammed on payload while it was moving it would crash the game for everyone around him. It was only in the game for 2 days so there might not be much footage but holy hell was it funny.

The only glitch I ever really remember having was 1 time where it resawned me on the wrong map. I think it was Illios and it put me on one of the other Illios ones, I could just see my teammates above me. Oh and the falling though the floor bug.

Doom by far definitely had the most bugs and glitches, some major alot small but still game changing its actually ridiculous

There use to be a glitch where getting hit with ball ult would make people dc. I immediately got on a smurf and had a blast😂 people caught on and it was ball vs ball every game so people were constantly dc'ing and reconnecting

I had an old glitch where a symmetra died and her gun was still auto locking to people while she was dead on the ground and it killed 2 of us I think.

i wish junk droptire was still a thing, just with the hitbox so its counterable. also, as a ball main, i can confirm that ball reduced HP bug is now a feature

smh u missed the bug that made mei start levitating when she used ice block that existed for about 6 hours back in 2018. can't believe you missed that one (this was a very real bug that I was lucky enough to experience)
