For whatever reason, during that exact moment when I saw that in the theater, it was the funniest thing I'd ever seen. I roared laughing...so did the entire audience. It's just so..stupid. 🤣. Can't remember ever laughing like that before or after.

I think it's safe to say Helen has no life outside of her house and it seems like everyone inside her house hates her. Lillian is like her only friend so she clings to her for dear life. It's kinda sad, but she comes off like a jealous britch so it's easy to hate her at first.

the whole movie cracked me up one scene after another...and I'm a guy

The funniest thing is after Helen comes up with her own mic. Then the next round she takes the mic Annie is holding thinking she wouldn't take it back but Annie with her poor social skills did just that. Then she brings the second mic again to join in the song. Bitches be crazy.

I worked at a movie theater when this came out, and we'd always have staff viewings. On our second watch when this scene came up, 4 of us simultaneously stood up to leave. We looked at each other and immediately cracked up because we all understood the impending cringe fest and had to get outta there😂

Just realizing now that the Lillian's fiance is Tim Heidecker ...... kind of like when I realized years later that Amy Poehler was the mom in "Mean Girls"...... which just makes this so much better

I saw this in theaters when it first released, and the moment Helen suddenly appeared back next to Annie with the "Thank you, one last thing~" everyone in the theater went "OOoooooooo 😱😱" That was the moment you realize that Helen is just as petty as Annie, if not even more so.
