As much as I’d love to see more of them I think this happy ending needs to be the end, atleast for a couple of years, I’ll miss them all but that’s how you know how great every character, song and story was. But I do feel quill, drax, nebula and gamora could still have more stories to tell, hell I wouldn’t be surprised if the new guardians got their own movie later in a few years just like how Sam Wilson’s captain America will get his own too

Drax and Mantis can't return if not recasted, since their actors already said they'll follow Gunn in his endeavors(probably meaning DC?) Pratt said he's ok with continuing, so I can see him doing that with Starlord solo movies and/or kickstarting the actual Nova Corps and other things(like. I can see Bradley cooper and Vin Diesel reprising their roles for as long as both sides(The individual actors and MCU) want to, since they're doing voice acting. Though I think I'd want to see them both in MCU roles with their actual looks as well. Will Poulter's Warlock was his first MCU movie, So I can see him in many more as he's being setup as MCU's combo(and/or has parallels with)of Superman(or Marvels' versions of - like Sentry and Ikaris), Vision, Gambit, the original Torch, some versions of Ant-Man and even the original Capt. Mar-vell(who was a guy). Not to say the characters will not be portrayed seperatelly, just that I find traces of them in the character. I think it all places well with MCU space age heroes and obviously Phyla Vell and possibly Wonderman could play a role in this(hoping they will treat Wonderman in a serious way and if parodied, at least he'll have a serious side in the future, like they did with the two versions of 10 rings and their leader, cause he was one of my fave MC heroes growing up). I don't know about Gillan and what she'd like to do next, if that would be Nebula and/or other character. I'm thinking her remaining Nebula appearences are probably as cameos, but she could end up featured in other franchises within MCU(like in Star Lord's as she's a friend and especially if they try to further the Gamora love story with him in the future and Saldana changes her mind about re-appearing).

@@evan_vangelisskoupras3085 All of these characters are far too memorable to replace. It won't be like swapping out James Rhodes from Iron Man 1 to Iron Man 2. It would be more like getting rid of Robert Downey Jr. All the faces and voices of the Guardians are etched in my brain. Even Kraglin. You can't swap actors. Many of these actors have been in DC movies already though. Look at The Suicide Squad. Yondu, Mantis, Sylvester Stallone, and others were in that movie. So let's not completely rule out some future adventures, even if they mainly go to DC. It's not easy to find someone who looks good in a cape and tights. There have been MANY actors over the years in both Marvel and DC. Ryan Reynolds, Halle Berry, Michael Keaton, Zachari Levi, etc. Some pretty big names. We could see the Guardians again, although probably not all together and not for a feature length movie.

I can't even begin to say how well crafted this film was, and how it gave us everything that an MCU film should be, and more! But the one thing that truly PISSED ME OFF was how they wrote Adam Warlock. They made him seem like a moron who just knew how to go in guns blazing and cause chaos. That is NOT what Adam Warlock was like in the comics. I mean, Warlock is HIGHLY intelligent...so much so that he got the Infinity Gauntlet away from Thanos by just TALKING to him and making him realize he wasn't worthy of holding that much power! A fr cry from what GOTG3 gave us.

Where the hell did Phyla-Vell get Quantum Bands? And why the hell did they fast stream her into the MCU without proper introducing Wendell Vaight (Quasar), and Phyla's brother (Genis-Vell aka the third Captain Marvel) and completely omit her mom Elysius who's an Eternal?

I wonder if mantis will be able to go to her home planet to meet her mom

It broke in Vol 2 remember? That's why Yondu had to put the space suit on Quill to save him.

That movie was AMAZING!!! I dont care what the haters say I loved.... could it have more violent and more like the first two? Of coure but it was incredible and it doesnt mean the next one will be soft....I love every bit of it and I want more, butmight want to change it up next time...Still need Manits and Quill though....

This was a good movie no doubt. But it wasnt a great movie. It was the weakest of the Guardians trilogy but still the best MCU offering since Spiderman: NWH. Lets hope it signals the beginning of a return to form for Marvel.
