Well the movie takes place in 2018 so COVID wasn't really an issue at the time. It's a continuation from the last movie.

John wick can win with proper tools but he has to prep too. Fighting Michael close hand combat unprepared will get him killed John has speed but Michael has peak human to super human strength, high healing durability. If Michael catches John, he usually doesn't let go unless victim is dead. John has to realize very fast his regular attacks does no harm

I finally figured it out. He cannot be killed with the mask on. His attention is always immediately to the mask if its removed. Before the mob shot and beat him, the first thing he did was put on the mask. I could be wrong but go back to all the other movies and see.

Exactly, last film he was never actually hunting her, he was just going around and killing people he came across. The only way he knew where she lived was because of his Doctor obsessed with him. He only cares about his childhood house and his mask. In the recent movie he only killed people that were along the route to his home, instead of hunting Laurie he just went to his childhood home. I dont think she's that much of a priority to him as people think. As for the mask, Michael actively hunted the couple in the last movie because they had his mask. Similar in the recent film, Michael stops choking allison once she starts pulling off his mask. Then Karen takes off his mask and runs off with it and instead of finishing Allison he chases after Karen, not for her, but for his mask.

At the end of the movie I was like what just happened that can’t be the end I had to go back and wrk it was the end. I wasn’t that impressed with this movie not like I thought it would be. Guess I’ll wait for scream 5 and pray it’s better. I never was a huge fan of the Halloween movies but the trailer looked good so I watched it on peacock since it came out on there before in theaters. But everyone has their opinions and favorites.

I am thinking it will end with Laurie coming across a bound up Michael and she chops his head off similar to H20, but it ends up being the granddaughter. Michael would pull a gotcha and walk off into the night - roll credits.

I think Michael does have some element of the supernatural . I hope Halloween ends will explain everything. Halloween kills is a good movie with a high body count and it was very bloody. Seeing Michael go beast mode on people was a holy shit moment.

Laurie was incapacitated 90% of the movie and still was the only one who really had a handle on what was going on and what they were up against.

I was alittle disappointed that she spent the entire movie in the hospital...Michael Myers never even came near the hospital to look for her...I thought that was the premise of the franchise...I thought they would face off again.

@@kwr2879 I think the reason being Michael doesnt really care about Laurie. Think about it, last film he was never actually hunting her, he was just going around and killing people he came across. The only way he knew where she lived was because of his Doctor obsessed with him. I think he only cares about his childhood house and his mask. In the recent movie he only killed people that were along the route to his home, instead of hunting Laurie he just went to his childhood home. I dont think she's that much of a priority to him as people think. As for the mask, Michael actively hunted the couple in the last movie because they had his mask. Similar in the recent film, Michael stops choking allison once she starts pulling off his mask. Then Karen takes off his mask and runs off with it and instead of finishing Allison he chases after Karen, not for her, but for his mask. This is only a theory of mine so I could be wrong

@@LeaveMeAloneFBI In Halloween 2, (the old one) he went to hospital to kill her and in Halloween 2018, he went all the way out to her secluded house in woods to get her, so she's always been the target which is why this one was alittle confusing.and let's not forget Halloween H20...she changed her identity and left Haddonfield and he still found her...the premise of the whole series was to kill his sister.

This movie was absolutely awesome, eve better than Halloween (2018). One of the highlights of the movie was the flashback scenes. The recreation of the Myers house, seeing old school Michael Myers (with a perfect mask!) and the return of Dr. Loomis!!!! My wife and I were in awe seeing that.

Michael Meyers was already strong, now he has that old man strength 😆

EDIT: Judy Greer confirmed Karen is dead. This comment is just for fun now. I think Karen might surprisingly be alive for two reasons: - she actually hallucinated that scene of her getting knifed because she saw young Michael in the window, already stretching the realism of the scene, and it's basically her looking in to her dark parts in a way, where evil has taken over - she survives the stab wounds, like Annie in the 2007 version, this could be because of not really deep wounds (looked like Michael was cutting her arms mostly) or a surprise twist that she's alive like Hawkins (I'm sure most of us thought he was dead when Sartain stabbed his neck because he exhaled like the life left his body).

Went and saw it yesterday after work. I feel like she is still alive somehow, but we won't know for sure until the next one. But my parents and I said if she did get killed that her mother and daughter will most likely get revenge.

Michael is on a rampage in this installment. Great kills, gory, even killed Laurie’s daughter. Great stuff.

He’s unbeatable , nothing else to it . Micheal activated invisibility .

I liked the movie. Kills were a lot more gruesome then expected (I wanna say most was practical effects. If it was CGI, bravo) Some characters felt under used and some sequences felt like it was missing a cut but overall a really enjoyable movie. Don't expect Oscar-level storytelling as it's a slasher horror.

Bad movie man you are being generous but wrote bad , the only good thing about the movie was his kills every character was wrote idiotic except for Laurie . Cheesy funny scenes , literally no character had common sense and in the original movies 1979 all the way up to six were wrote better . Like in Halloween 6 when they caught him they shot his ass up nobody got close he was in front of a firing line and they dam near killed him . Waste of time . Screw the hype bad movie

Tyson Well, you're entitled to get disappointed. In 2019, Jason Blum said that he wants to make 10 Halloween sequels. Recently during another interview, he said that they're waiting how these two movies perform. Halloween Kills just killed at the box office and broke two records. If Halloween Ends will be successful (almost quaranteed), there's definetely going to be more movies made. 🎃

I think he wears the mask because he doesnt want to see his own face. He can’t because it weakens him.

I absolutely loved Halloween Kills and I’m not a very big fan of the Halloween series, it seems the majority of people hated it.

The actor that played Loomis looked eerily similar to the OG Loomis. That was good casting.

Two things I think I've gotten from these latest movies, 1) the mask is probably its own character all along 2) there is gonna be a big life changing scene where we get to look out that window and see what Michael sees when he looks out

Absolutely. When the town surrounds him in the street and they think they are going to intimidate him, Michael bends down, puts on his mask as to say, "Let's do this bitches"
