You actually need to wear the strange sunglasses and find the X. Stay on the X for 6 seconds. That's for the room with the hungry old dog suspicious of Lily.

Tell me, did you get in a cage? Make sure Sam can go in the air vent with light.. after getting into the cage accused as the criminal, Sam will save you. After getting into the air vent, go to the bathroom roof from the vent and watch Max. Make sure you have the recorder! After that, exit the air vent that goes to the rooms. Then get caught by the other dogs or something... After all that, go back to Max when he is in the cage and say that you will help him. Go back in the air vent and find a cracked wall. Go inside through the crack and step on the colored titles in the order: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, dark blue, violet. Turn the valve, return back in the order: Violet, dark blue, blue, green, yellow, orange, red. Then, the order: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, dark blue, violet, after that, turn the valve again, then actually return. If you have problems with it, increase your speed at Rosa's shop. Go through the air vent to Max's cage. Get outside the vent and use your remote to make the dogs eat so they get distracted. Ask me if you need anything!

@@uendiprosi8745 first you need to rescue Nancy from the room. When Max and Nancy are standing next to the operating room you can talk to Arthur. He will tell you that the dog chew is in the fridge. Take it out and give it max :)
