Hey gang, I have something a bit different to share with you this week. Joe Hudson is an executive coach who works with some of the world’s top leaders, thinkers, and organisations. This is my very own coaching call with Joe - we talk about personal growth and development, the fears and anxieties which can hold us back, and how to really feel our feelings. I really hope you enjoy and let me know what you think about this video format!

I absolutely loved the format of this ep and you’re awesome for being so open and vulnerable
Watching Joe reframe the goal is amazing. This has me thinking about how to reframe my goals so that it makes life better over all, not just in one area.
These videos are better than the ones on your original channel. I have not watched any of your recent videos on the main channel, just been waiting for you to upload a new ep here. 🥳
Take a moment to celebrate Ali. Yes there’s more to be done but you’ve inspired so many people. Taking a moment to celebrate yourself is not going to “uninspire” us. lol
Something I've always admired about Ali is his ability to be so analytical but also so open with his emotions (despite the struggles with expression he mentions here) - he's a creator that has not only helped me navigate the technical side of being a creative entrepreneur/youtuber but also the mindsets and emotions that can be attached to it. So thank you Ali for being vulnerable and sharing this. My favorite insight was how Ali initially came full circle to his first statement (I just hit the NYT Bestseller and now wondering what's next) - where it seemed he was initially trying to figure out the logical reason he was struggling, but slowly peeled back and realized the potential roots.
I went from my podcast app to here because for once this was more of a visual episode. I love how the coaching session went, It reminded me a lot of how I unwrap my emotional struggles with the help of my wife. Keep going with this kind of vibe it's very rare to have this kind of vulnerability and we need more of that ! 🙏
Joe really show his expertise. He take full control of the whole communication. I can gurantee this man is a super good negotiator when it comes to business
Whelp, I wasn’t expecting to cry at a KZread video this morning 😂 Thank you Ali for being so open, this was incredibly valuable. I resonated with a lot of the themes as someone who did a PhD basically because I was just reaching for the next rung on the ladder and then left academia but still felt this constant urge to ‘prove myself’. I find it interesting that this session is framed as business coaching, and yet the conversation had a lot of similarities with some of the therapy sessions I’ve recently had… Excited to see more of this kind of stuff ❤️
I listened to this on itunes and haven't watched all the visuals (so need to watch that chin action "in action") - but I have to say - this episode is such a breath of fresh air, unusual format for my ears. It's like a mix of being let into personal session (so resonates and gives an inside scoop on Ali's pain points, vulnerability, emotions). It also gave me quite a few thinking points. Had to pause podcast while driving, so I will not lose a train of thought, and personal realizations till I stop the car and can pull out journal and write thoughts down. Then continue listening. a lot of things resonated with me. Intellectual thinking and not feeling, constant analyzing and using brain (or trying to use it) to process emotions. So many "me too" minutes! + some things made me realize that when I am in analyzing mode instead of feeling mode = this is my way to analyze on how to process and react in a way that is acceptable to other people, so my reactions will not hurt their feelings, I will be fitting in, act so people like me.
One word for you Ali - Wow! You are so brave!
Thank you Ali! I’ve been honestly curious how coaching works, thanks for sharing!
This is up there with the best stuff you’ve put out on KZread Ali, and that is saying something. ❤
Thank you for sharing this! Awesome stuff.
Really enjoyed this one Ali. Joe is a great coach and it was great to see this side of you 👏👏👏
This was an incredible episode! There was a lot I was able to note and take away from this
Thanks Ali. I appreciate your vulnerability.
Need a lot like this format of episodes Ali. Loved it man❤
This is beautiful. Agree with other comments that such videos are way more inspiring than the original channel. Thank you for sharing 💛
So good. Please do more of these!
Connection is our basic need in life. It is so lovely to hear men accessing their emotions and changing the narrative of men not being emotional. This is the work I do as well as a registered psychologist.
I really loved the episode!! It gave insights to see things differently in my own reality 💫
What an absolutely brilliant man to guide you Joe seems to be. And nice one Ali, lots of progress in just one hour
Loved this!
Love this!
Definitely listening to your podcast is a must for me during my morning walk. ❤

GREAT CONTENT..Do you know Bitcoin is on its way to breaking records, getting closer to hitting new high prices, showing that it's gaining more value and could go even higher than we've seen before. This could mean great things for people looking to invest, suggesting now might be a good time to get involved before it jumps even higher. It's an exciting moment that could change the game in general...managed to grow a nest egg of around 1.2Biitcoin to a decent 6.4Biitcoin. At the heart of this evolution is indeko Glenn, whose deep understanding of both cryptocurrency and traditional trading has been instrumental. Her holistic approach to investment and commitment to staying abreast of market trends make her an invaluable ally in navigating this new era in cryptocurrency investment....

I have seen so many recommendations about indeko glenn, her strategy must be good for people to talk about her…
Seems like you need a therapist more than a coach.
Love it ❤
