The catnip joke still gets me every damn time!

I feel it’s kinda insulting to play Shrek 2, one of the greatest animated movies of all time, in the same video that plays the Emoji Movie. But having Shrek there made watching any piece of the Emoji movie tolerable. From the adult jokes to Funky Town playing as they entered Far Far Away, Puss in Boots' debut, and of course the Fairy Godmother singing Holding Out for a Hero all coming together is what makes Shrek 2 a masterpiece that belongs in an art museum

I lost it when (cough cough Wyldstyle) Jailbreak says, “I think you’re pretty cool just the way you are” and then it immediately cuts to Shrek saying, *“I can’t believe I’m gonna be a father.”* The best part is that even with this many adult jokes, there are still a few that aren't in the video! Off the top of my head, there's "Sure, it's big enough...but just look at the location", the entire scene where they're joking about Lord Farquaad's "height", and Shrek saying, "I have to save my ass", and that's just in the first movie! The Shrek movies (except the third one...there is no Shrek the Third in Ba Sing Se) are absolute gems and we are so unworthy. If Disney animators didn't leave Disney because of Eisner and formed DreamWorks...it would be a completely different timeline.
