I suffer from narcissistic abuse syndrome. I’m so effected by other peoples energies and evil things places and people. Physically ill constant stomach pain etc this is a blessing to find this channel and this specific title for sensitive people. I feel the same, actually. I really don't know why it's so hard to find SIMPLE sleep music/relaxation music without in and out audio and sfx on KZread, but when you find some, please tag me. I can't sleep/relax through bells, tonal changes etc.
