I came across this today Sunday Feb 12th after realizing all my shadow work wasn't done ....instantly I felt super hot I felt this heat leaving me then my tingle or vibrating self got stronger then I felt cooler ....lighter all this the first half-hour....it felt like it's working ....for me it's very powerful I believe I will use this often .THANK YOU MY FREIND.....NAMESTE!!!!!

Im constantly directing my focus to believe and acheive but this put me at ease knowing i can lay back and relax and let videos like yours help me

Is this also good for 4th Dimensional beings? (IE small reptilians that keep poking and prodding me every night while I lay in bed). I’m sure you don’t know the answer to that, lol Just trying to find a solution to my issue that started coincidentally when my meditations started to become profound. I asked someone recently and they said the more a person moved toward Light, Love and higher vibrational states of being, the more there will be beings in the dark that will be attracted (and possibly jealous) of the Light you’re emanating and want to either try and drain that energy down (low vibrational beings have a tendency to do that) or simply to deter you from reaching that light. Or maybe some old trauma or addiction is manifesting itself as this energy that wants to continuously pull one back into their old patterns of behavior. I dunno, just spitballing here

There was/is probably some kind of entity that was latched onto, either your solar plexus or sacral chakra. Possibly snaked around both. I have been getting that sensation a lot when I have been listening to these frequencies. My gut goes tight, then I feel a great release as if some long string of worm/snake is being pulled from me, sometimes is makes me shake. Sometimes I hear them scream things like 'don't leave me' or even talk through me as they are being pulled. However, let the sensations happen and you will get relief a couple of hours later. My energy levels have exponentially increased.
