For those with entity problems.... Do you have a full length mirror in your bedroom? I solved about 90% of my problems just covering up the mirror, the result was almost instantaneous. Mirrors can act as portals for negative entities to get in. The other 10% comes down to what you put your attention on. Keeping your attention on your own physical body helps tremendously.

I sleep with a mirror underneath my pillow at night to stop nightmares maybe I should remove it? To reflect the negative energy back

Try 11 years im ready for suicide

Sound frequencies appear highly effective in dissolving it, but it comes back each time i heal an emotional wound.

Same as and I think it is because it can sense that I have a slight doubt in that my light is not strong enough to fight it! It sounds like you are dealing with a Shadow fragment. Google "Egregores and Shadow fragments" the website belongs to V.K something. A cord cutting ritual will help too that's what I did but you need a deity to put in its place. You need to make sure you have the dieties permission also. I used Mother Lilith because I worship the Divine Feminine. The Dark Mothers are great at getting unwanted guests

Why do you recommend not exceeding twice a week with the sound meditations? I have perhaps been over using them since I utilize your frequencies about 4-5 times a week. Some helpful insight would be stellar! 😁

Hello, thank you for your question. It is recommended not too exceed 2 times a week so that the body, mind and soul does not reach a plateau. There's always an exception for every rule, if more that that is working for you then that's fine. If you find yourself flagging in energy then give it a break and resume at a lower number of times whenever you feel the pull back to it. In Loving Resonance Xx

You can try psalms 91 every night, light a white unscented candle, Leave out white vinegar and salt mixture in a clear GLASS bowl. Light LEDs at night. And stay away from any spiritual practices for 30 days. When you say 91 out loud you have to say it 3 times in a row. This was the advice he gave me before.
