I can go inward but I have to press the neck with hand and how do I ensure that we don't press the neck with our hands?

Try and get the same texture u get by pressing just without pressing….. try inhaling air from ur mouth but dont vocalise it. This makes u wanna gag or chokes u …. This is the same texture u get when u hold ur neck with ur hand. Practice and you will eventually get it . All the best

@@mi2bxbeatbox its the initial stage.. It'll go away. Yes its safe just make sure not to overdo it or it might get dangerous.. take care of ur throat . Honey , hot water , ginger ....
