I tried to mod beat saber but mods before friday said to allow the debugging thing but I have used sidequest so I had it on always so I cant get it

@mellom5429 Yes. I turned on developer mode, plugged the USB cable into my laptop and installed mods. ModsBeforeFriday downgrades the game for you and all you gotta do is just click download on the mods you want and it installs it right into the game just like that.

@jociir2650 When you open MBF, all the core mods should be there. And there is a list of all the mods available in the 1.35 update.

I watched so many other tutorials and it was so complicated. Then i fount this tutorial and i was so excited when it worked! TYSM

I did a slightly more complicated method, but installed too many mods and the game would crash all the time 😆 I reduced the amount of mods and now it's pretty stable. BTW Better Song Search is nicer to browse through songs to download because it gives you an audible preview that the other song downloader does not. Also, a lot of mod options will be in a new section called Mod Settings when you hit the Settings button (cog wheel on main menu). I was surprised to see even Twitch integrations! The only things I miss is the Camera2 and Cinema mods, which I imagine would be too much for the Quest 3 to handle on its own.

@@Cooper_Man400 It took me 3 hours (because if something else has been connected to your headset u have to restart ur computer and that takes like 2 hours and 45 minutes for me. the rest took 15 minutes.

Does your LIV tutorial for mixed reality work on the quest version of Beat Saber (1.35) with these mods, or does it require PCVR? I am just trying to record myself in mixed reality, and the MRC app for quest seems to be utterly broken no matter how it is used. I don't know if LIV possibly works better, or if you always use a link cable

You still need a PC for LIV but you can still capture it with standalone Beat Saber. I should make an updated tutorial

If you get the ( Device in Use ) Error that just means that you have sidequest open, make sure that you close that completely

So I updated ModsBeforeFriday to the latest version so I could get noodle extensions, but BeatLeader isn't built in anymore and when I try to download it and upload the file it doesn't recognize it so I can't play ranked anymore without my score being saved. Does anyone know how to fix this?

i have two different beatsaber games, one on oculus store, and on from steam. Could i mod the steam version and keep the oculus version as is, i also bought music packs on oculus one. If i mod the steam version it wouldnt affect the oculus version or packs right?

I’ve been using this mod and I’m definitely seeing issues like notes missing for no reason, my sabers fidgeting when hitting notes, etc. Makes playing the faster songs nearly impossible. Is there a fix for this?

I have a Ques 3 on v65. My Beatsaber shows version 34.2 and I cannot seem to upgrade to v1.35. MBF says I need to be on the laster BeatSaber in order to Mod. Is there a way to force upgrade to v1.35 BS? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling from the quest store but still only goes to v1.34.2

If I was going to mod Beat Saber, I would probably just get a separate Quest, that way I will still be able to play the new OST songs without loosing custom songs.

can you make a video on how to add noodle extension and chroma, and other mods too? i had these before and my headset un modded itself and i modded it to this and it kept all my songs but deleted everything else. the beatleader board is also missing. sadly i had 5.8k pp and it deleted my scores too. i also had the lobby custom music and that has disappeared also. my mods started glitching recently and i have been crashing every other time i played a song, i tried to redownload the mods but now it wont downgrade the version anymore and im still with ost 7 so i cant get beatleader, or custom sabers.. :(

I have this mod but i am very like disappointed because i was trying to play "up and down" and i needed a noodle and mapping extension, so when i got the mapping and the noodle extension, i tried to upload it to my beat saber and it failed. I also looked at the whole website and i was guessing that it doesnt support mapping or noodle extensions. Do you know on how i can upload those 2 to my modded beat saber?

You’ll need to do a pc method to downgrade to 1.28 to get those mods.
