Actually... It's a gentle lullaby. "Dream" and "Sleep" are characters in the song deciding where to spend the night. They decide to rock the baby to sleep and sing them a song. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oi_Khodyt_Son_Kolo_Vikon
