When drake mentioned Stratford he’s mentioning Stratford Ontario in Canada which is where Justin Bieber grew up which is also why he mentions him in the next bar. In Ontario basically all our cities have German or English names.

FYI: Ontario, Canada has a lot of cities that are the same names as places in England, so Drake was likely talking about the places here rather than in the UK. For example we have our own towns/cities called London, Stratford, Peterborough, etc.

Drake is that much of a musical magician, when ever you listen to any of his songs especially his freestyles and timestamp records his lyrics naturally register in your head after one listen, the second listen instantly has you singing along to it, this is how clear his delivery is for the various listeners and the melodic flow is just music to everyone's ears, only a few artists in the music industry have these type of unique powers, this is why he is the G.O.A.T IMO

Drake really is so skilled. Dude didnt get enough love as a rapper. Remember when people would just call him a "typical lightskin" which is just odd.

From NYC but got a lot of European friends so I love UK rap and I’m privy to football/soccer so I’m up to date w a lot of the bars. From an American standpoint I have to say UK rap is definitely becoming a big deal over here this summer and Cench is the reason why. He isn’t the best UK rapper rn but he sure is the most international. He’s quietly having one of the best summers out of all rappers rn, he’s blowing up like crazy, and I’m here for it 😂

Drake has been more than open and honest about the fact that he pre-picks the beats and uses writtens to do "freestyles"... Honestly, I've always taken it as his way to get lines off to see if people react a certain positive way; like a comedian who is workshopping his set to see if it is good for their main show. But, I've also never taken Drake as seriously as some people do. He can do what he wants... he's made millions doing what he does; I don't think he needs to bar a bunch of people up to prove his worth.

However, the double comes into play if he’s referring to the Canadian Stratford, or upon-Avon in the UK as both have ties to Shakespeare, and he mentions it right after saying ‘when I was an actor’. Not seen many pick up on that, so it could be a reach but unless he meant Stratford in London, England - I’d bank on it being an acting scheme.
