THE DOMINO EFFECT part 2 LOSS [FULL Comedy Standup Special - ALI SIDDIQ]

Комедия

Following the success of Ali’s last special THE DOMINO EFFECT (over 10 million views in the first year) comes the sequel “THE DOMINO EFFECT 2: LOSS”. Ali tells the traumatic stories of his adolescence that ultimately lead to him going to prison for 6 years.
The NY Times wrote: “In his eye-opening "The Domino Effect 2: Loss," Ali Siddiq, a revelation of a performer, adopts a different approach. Instead of self-aware jokes, he leans into stories that are easy to get lost in, especially with his jaunty, magnetic delivery. Looking back on his childhood, he describes how he became a drug dealer and lost a girlfriend, a sister and eventually his freedom. He tells the story of his arrest with vivid, suspenseful detail, but also sadness at the cascading devastation of loss. It's the rare comedy about grief that takes the advice, "Show, don't tell."”

Just finished watching with my husband. We are huuuuge Ali fans. Like soo many other ppl, I have seen EVERYTHING of his that's on the internet. I have been a fan of his comedic genius and masterful storytelling. But tonight?? ...took me ( and i know soooo many other ppl) on a journey I never knew a COMEDIAN could take me on. He shared his heart and allowed us all to have a small glimpse into his soul. THEN! Brought us baaaack to laughter without blinking. Soo excited for his career. NETFLIX and beyond. Blessings to u brother. You inspire many.

You can tell by how he carried himself with his money, and how he looked out for his people in his younger years. where he’s at right now you can tell he was born a natural leader, even though he had some hangups, he always was ahead of his time as you can see. The first comedy act that I laughed and cried a lil bit.. and destroyed my phone.. it was cracked up bad and a couple tears got in it.. it sizzles and the screen never worked again.. it was worth it.. that phone was raggedy af any damn way. The show deserves to be seen on a big screen. Thanks Ali for the show!!! And my condolences for baby girl my guy @AliSaddiqComedy

I saw him at the Improv in Houston back in 2018. Had no idea who I was seeing. Was invited by a friend. It was one of the best shows I've ever seen! He hung out after and talked to his fans, too. He's obviously hilarious, but he's also a real cool dude on top of being one of the best storytellers in the business.

In order, my favorite comedians, Dave , Bill Burr, and Ali Sadiq. So glad I saw him on Joe Rogan years ago. Otherwise I never would have known who he was, a comedian, a felon, a fellow Houstonian, an amazing storyteller, And if he watches interviews that he has with Rogan and some of the other podcasters out there he has some of the most intelligent ideas on how to solve society's problems such as homelessness. His ideas aren't always perfect, but I haven't heard any senator or representative or president or mayor or governor or my dad or any other fucker come up with any other better ideas. He's not only funny he's extremely intelligent and wellspoken. The way this man tells stories I can close my eyes and I feel like I'm watching a movie.... Or better yet I feel like I'm in the movie with him
