Hi Kenisha!! Thank you so much. Yes it dries almost as fast. It's thinner so it works better with trims and the hold last longer than hot glue's hold does. And I have found that if I add a dab of regular quick hold with it, for gluing bigger pieces together, it's almost impossible to break the hold. I hope that helps. Everything you do is!!! 💗 I'm working on some gifts for my son's bathroom and thinking about doing something like this for cotton balls, q tips ect... I love all your work ! Hi Frances!! Aww thank you so much!! I'm so glad I am to give you ideas that you can use. That means so much to me. I know your Son is really going to enjoy the set you are making for him. So as far as sealing the paint, it depends on the paint and how the piece will be used. If you are using the multi-surface paint by Folk Art, it is self sealing. As long as the piece air cures for the recommended time, or is oven fired, (I use the air cure method) it can be washed or immersed in water without issue. For the metallic paints, and most of the other Folk Art paints, I would use a sealer for pieces that you want to immerse in water. This is the sealer: plaidonline.com/shop-products/folkart-select-seal-gloss-8-oz-7596 I think I need to start covering that in some of the videos because I bet others have that question too.
