Did the entire mission on heroic solo.. It's definitely not as difficult as legendary missions.. But it's by far the most difficult heroic mission imo

Well Done, played on heroic but got fed up not being able to get the boss fight over the line, my skill build was useless at the end….

Yeah I already knew that cuz I knew he was important cuz he was in a coma saying his the key knew there base should of have like some kind of door or something

My mission bugged out and the effect the mission does that removes your HUD and doesn’t allow you to use skills applied when fighting the chungus in the lodge and persisted throughout the rest of the mission. Im proud to say i made it all the way to and fought The Recruiter himself WITHOUT skills nor seeing how much armor i had because i thought it was how the mission was supposed to work. I sadly didn’t beat him because I didn’t know how the fight worked and with no HUD i only found 2 of the weakpoints ran it back from fresh and realized the bug.

I wonder if the division 3 will just turn out with the division agents as the bad guys. Considering how many agents and people working with the agents just wind up betraying them anyway its not too far off

This mission seemed dry.... it's like you can't really do much to him and I thought we were suppose to take him out of something of that nature.

I lept dying because when i get electro a soldier throws fire, killing me instantly . 10 tries, 10 ways, just every time

Playing this mission on heroic was definitely the hardest mission by far me. Even schaeffers manhunt mission didn't seem that terrible either with deceit.

Ah yes, i remember some parts of it now, maybe i should replay it someday.

On my characters it’s saying I need to still interact with Mel and Cindy and it won’t let me interact with them so it crosses out their names. Therefore I can’t complete the Manhunt. What do you suggest I do?

I know some people are experiencing bugs with this, not saying you are though. One solution may be to start the whole manhunt over, dont do that until u are sure that its bugged out.

Thats why I hate the tech support talent. You skill needs the kill in order to proc it. Then it must maintain the buff. on heroic Its a little dicey. I rather use Force Multiplier since youre shooting anyway and as long as youre in the fight and engaging targets, your skill remain buffed as long as youre engagin targets

The skill bulilds are not made for soloing that mission, epecially on heroic which i went for first. When the skill were removed all that remained were squishiness.

There's some sort of code and a phrase on the Recruiter insurance 1 comm! It's not a co-ordinate to a location as it takes you out of map bound in New York, DC and camp white oak! But I'm assuming it's a location to the next comm. The finale is live today so these missing Comms are somewhere as well. I'm sure someone will find them soon.

There are 4 points to break, either by bullets or chemlauncher (oxidizer) Youll see me shot them in the video, there are two on the sides of the towers, one beneeth the "bridge" and on on the right side of the gate, you need to take out the two on the towers first, then the brige and last the gate one.

I’m not gonna comment on the mission’s gameplay because it’s irrelevant to the lore (and also because I fucking HATED most of the mission, especially the mechanics in the final fight). Now, I actually have been loving most of the story since Season 9, I think it was *mostly* well-crafted and I’m a fan of the path it’s been taking. However, I hate how the Recruiter died. Not that he died, mind you, but *how*. Imagine setting up this mysterious villain for 3 to 4 seasons, hyping him up as one of the most threatening and unique, only to then have him die to a fucking mortar strike called in by an out-of-arena NPC during a CUTSCENE. That’s the biggest tactical blueballs I’ve ever seen. Very, very disappointed. Also, I still don’t know how I feel about Agent Johnson being the recruiter. It was way too predictable, and yet it still feels weird. Every time I look at the cover art of the game I can’t help but think “hey, the guy in the middle who had little to no importance in the story for 5 real life years and just so happened to be featured in promotional materials is suddenly the bad guy now” I don’t know, man

Good point, i should have.......my bad. Forgot cause the mission pissed me of cause i tried to do it with a skill build on heroic, got to the hunter but wasent able to do it so i had to do it allover, this time on normal and still struggled with the skill build. I was tilted at the end to say the least.

Can't play this mission and finish the manhunt since they want me to save Malik and I ain't fucking saving that P.O.S. - asshole writers forcing you to save unlikable (or in this case loathable) characters.

Man such a shame the recruiter is dead.. he shouldn't have died he should've escaped, honestly I'm just tired of the division's shenanigans and chaos i just want a radical shift in the storyline i want the black tusk to destroy the SHD and turn the player agent rogue to their side because lets be honest here, if it wasnt for plot armor the division would've lost the war to the black tusk 10 times over by now and not to mention that the black tusk are the only people with the proper resources and are fully capable of rebuilding and sustaining a community and flourishing, the black tusk are not the bad guys in this story its just that kelso and manny and the rest of the civilian settlements are too stupid to understand that.

or it couldve went another way as in the reformation of the Last Man Battalion formed by a Division Agent. However, I agree. the story is a little dry. However, I do question Agent Kelso's whereabouts as she wasnt part of any of the missions this go around....

I suppose if you look past the Public executions of civilians (the many Black Tusk public execution activities that are out there) Assassinating the VP. (Echo > Unknown > Secret Service) Supplying the Hyenas just to destabilize DC. (District Union Arean invaded) Trying to weaponize DC-62, but on a much larger scale than the True Sons (Jefferson Plaza invaded) Wiping out a civilian settlement (Found Footage > Satellite Surveillance) Attacking (and possibly wiping out) a civilian settlement (Prologue mission) Allying with the True Sons, who have done a whole lotta fucked up shit, like Roosevelt Island. (Pentco Fairview Power Plant: General Anderson) Executing civilians just so as not to do paperwork. (Comms > Unknown > [I forgot the name] then the Black Tusk really hasn't done anything wrong

You know, I’ve heard the new audio comms from descent game mode and some of the conversations basically said the Black Tusk was trying to attempt a coup of the USA with President Ellis when the green poison crippled the country. Black Tusk is a PMC btw, and do you know what else happened in the real world recently? Wagner, a PMC also attempted a coup of Russia by trying to get rid of Putin during the Ukraine War. Strange times we’re living in, aren’t we?

What a dumb mission, ran through up until the boss fight with very little problems on heroic. Then nothing but stupid BS there. I don't mind hard, but don't do stupid cheese stuff to frustrate the player. Thanks for showing where the weak points are.
