As a new player my build is based of my own personal play style vs dps build just to keep it fun for me once I get bored I'll get more into builds but this helps me get started in the right direction, thanks for the content!

I haven’t picked up a ND yet since my crit has always been atrocious, however this build might get me using it some. As a new-ish player I always see how powerful red builds are but I often feel too squishy with them and end up using skill builds to kill stuff. I will try former peeking now though, seems very useful for content like this. Thanks for the breakdown!!

As a beginner player it would be very useful to know how to get these items. Assuming I need to 'target' farm them, but I'm also not sure where as my map is exploding from activities now that i hit 40. Thanks!

My favourite gear set. My early setup would have been the Memento BP and Ceska Chest with Obliterate. Now I run the Ceska BP with Vig and the GS Chest with Spotter.....too much of a wimp to run PGC....I also like to use ND when running the Pesti (not for the ticks)...really versatile gear set. My go to for Legendary runs as well.

This was kind of one of my first builds too, but I had fenris knee pads or something, and perfect glass canon chest. It's a really good build, even late game (imo). I might make this just for the spotter deal.

How do u max items out??

Today I've reinstalled the game and did 2 missions. I already dunno what to do. I haven't play this since 2yrs but not much has changed since. Too bad. I play with full technology build, turret and drone. I sit back and watch my minions melt mobs and bosses. Really dunno what to do now.

man trying to repeatdely craft M4s to get the roll for target out of cover damage or flatline is draining me of resources

Getting really frustrated with this. The pointer is highlighting the targets (highlight outline) but when I attack one, none of the others take damage. It seems to work if you mark them with critical hits but not if you just mark with technician pointer. Please help.

You have to crit hit targets to mark them for the negotiator's dilemma damage to transfer. You'll know they are marked when they have a red ND icon on them. The laser pointer will spot/scan enemies and allow spotter and flatline to work.

I'm new to the division series playing on the PS5 I'm level 36 in New York how does the recalibration system work I've tried using it but lost afew guns that I was using and now can't get them back

Any weapons or gear you want to keep, make sure you mark it as favorite. I'm PC, so not sure how to do it on PS. Once you put something into your recal library it is gone. The attribute or talent you put into your library is in there for you to use in the future, but the weapon is gone.

any recomendations on how to get the mods you want and need? and can you boost/reroll mods?

run countdown with targeted loot set to mods and no optimizing mods.

Focus is the highest damaging chest talent. You'll also need to put an 8x or better scope on your weapons.

If I choose to use turret instead of shield, will it affect the build? If not would in sync be better than spotter?

Yo Manny! I tried this exact loadout and for some reason, I'm not getting the same results. I spot-mark three guys, go to town on them, and continue to spot more and I'm only seeing damage on the single target (which I am shredding) but the other laser-marked targets are not taking damage. Was this gear set modified since your post?! Cheers, bro!

nope, it should still work. The only thing I would suggest doing is making sure you have 4 pieces of ND (I've actually done this recently with my Strikers set. I accidently switch one of the pieces and was not getting the striker stacks, but didn't realize I had one different gear set piece equipped) and your crit hit chance is as high as you can get (60% max). The damage is only transferred on crits.

Nice build but u never gave us the gloves & Knee pads Atributes ?

You want chc if you are not capped with chc, otherwise chd

Yes, it is. Good place to start and easy to put together. It is not hard to min max either.

Curious as to why you think it is weird. This is your basic Nego Build and great for new players. CHC is capped at 60%, so how much higher could I make it?
