Saw this with my wife that night, the same night flight 800 crashed off long island.

Geoff Whitehorn plays lead on this show. He was dismissed, or left the band 22 July 1996, four days after this show and Simon took on lead duties thereafter. Simon doesn't have the fire and speed of Geoff, but he did very well when I saw them in Maryland in November.
