What’s the difference between a prestressed T-beam and a flat beam ?
Many think a T beam is expensive at Sh 1200/- per linear meter Vs Flatbeam at Sh 585/- per Lm ..
Well a flat beam needs timber propping every half a meter basically cost the same but the t beam you use less labor quick installation and t beams can span longer no sagging slabs or breakage .
