​@Tom Okech You're right. A square metre in conventional slab costs about Ksh 5000. With waffle slab about Ksh 4000. How much with BBF? My approximation from the above prices is Ksh 900 for blocks, Ksh 2400 for beam, and the rest for concrete topping and labour... A quantity surveyor would easily give an estimate, or a developer after finishing the slab and dividing his costs by total area. These estimates are important to give a future lient to help him plan. N
