Eyewitness Testimony is actually not hearsay, it's considered direct evidence, since it's someone directly having seen what happened. Of course, whether or not to actually believe the testimony is up to the jury, (or in the case of Japan, the judge) so it's always good to use other supporting evidence to make it convincing.
19:21 You emulating Takumi freaking out sounded alot like Daichi from DS2... 27:35 Like with Macdo, Google, Yahoo!, etc having parody names, this series makes a lot of references to popular culture because all of the characters in sciadv are more or less otaku. Like with all the weeb ref Daru and Kurisu make or the memes on the web because they roam around a fictional equivalent of 2chan (@channel) forum etc. People in real life in japan using that Light quote etc was normal occurence around those years. And sure thing there are a lot of jojo (or juju) memes being thrown around. 1:11:00 Now it's an interesting delusion. Long, full of info. Looks important to the story like it's part of it. This is very interesting to see how this will blend in to future episodes.

I don't want to rant too much about the anime, but to put it into perspective, this scene with Rimi happens in episode 1 of the anime. I am not kidding. They skip so much. With that out of the way, I love this scene for the same reasons I've mentioned previously. It puts you into Takumi's head so well and makes you question everything and everyone.

Unlike Steins;Gate relatively masterwork anime, chaos;head had an abomination of an adaptation. This is like Higurashi's relatively good to Umineko trash anime.

@@sirlezard670Exactly. Worst part is that they learned with Steins;Gate and Robotics;Notes, but then forgot how to adapt and decided to do a whole volume of Occultic;Nine into a single episode. And Chaos;Child's wasn't great either.
