Welcome back to our channel!
It's time to move back inside and get the room ready for the foundations to be poured very soon...
What our channel is about:
We bought this semi-detached bungalow in August 2022 and given ourselves 3years to flip the property and sell on. We have a target budget of £70,000! Natasha is the editor and video maker, while Rhys is the builder (a carpenter by trade). We plan on doing 95% of the work ourselves to keep costs down.
This channel is for documenting our experiences - Good or Bad. This is our first time doing anything like this with full times jobs! Can we stick within our budget? Will the building inspector pass each stage? and the biggest question...will we still be married at the end of the project? Subscribe to find out...

Thank you as always, we done a lot of digging over the Christmas period so get ready for some time lapses 😂👍
Great progress, well done. Looking at the plan, I would put a door from bedroom 2 to the bathroom to sort of give you an en-suite and use it as the master bedroom.

Hi all Not familiar with the brick crusher concept , but seems a great idea . It must means your not disposing of material that you have already paid for if you get my drift , which seems a win win . Also it seems nice that part of the old property is staying on site , and being reused. The ultimate recycling project , it will be interesting to see the machine in action when you get started . All the very best 😀👍

It is the first time using one and to say it’s fun to crush things is an understatement 😂 and we definitely saved on waste disposal and buying in more hardcore. I thought the same idea about the old material coming out to stay on site to assist build the new 🙈😂
