It's amazing to see Rocco get his piece of cake that often! I've won a major tourney in my town with him recently. The turbo version is the most appealing to me tbh.

His wrong went put Rocco in the command zone whit emmiel. He cant put Rocco whit emmiel in the command zone

yeah Kraum doesnt say you may draw.. so he kinda is supposed to have more cards rules as written

Game 6 he cant win whit emmiel 903.9a If a commander is in a graveyard or in exile and that object was put into that zone since the last time state-based actions were checked, its owner may put it into the command zone. This is a state-based action. See rule 704. The resolution of all emmiel habilities and never touch the command zone

I believe that rule change was fairly recent, it could be that game was recorded with the "replacement" ruling rather than new "extra step" ruling
