Align your human model and your photogrammetric scan, use softwrap addon and... voila ! go to textool addon, name _hp, _lp, bake and you got texture projected or reimport human model in photogrammetry and project or, if you use metashape, import directly scan photo in blender and use them as texture projector... and for cloth, test quad remesher addon ... it's definitly a time saver. Nice workflow btw ! you have a new follower

Thanks Emmanual. Welcome to the channel! Have you used Softwrap much? I've tried an older version that's available for free on Github and found it pretty flakey - but that might just be because it's a few version out of date. I think with practice that workflow could work quite nicely. But I've never quite been able to get a clean scan out of Meshroom. This one was good enough for reference, but it had a few chunks missing around the nose and eyes. I'm planning on digitising one of my friends as well. I might see if I can get a wrapping workflow to work for me ;)

I've used them all, but never as far as you've done here where you go in to create your own clothing. Awesome job!

Thanks heaps Virtual Intel. Man did I learn some hard lessons with the clothing. I'd love to get my hands on a copy of Marvelous Designer, but it's not exactly a cheap program if you're not making clothes all the time.

Thanks Ganapathy. I always hesitate to include stuff on ‘what not to do’, but in this case I wasted SSOOO much time on the clothing 😫

Interesting method if you value your time nearly zero $. You have much better and faster tool for the price equivalent to 20min work.
