    This song was played at the funeral service of my sister Ingrid, since she died on 18th January 2012. I will never be able to listen to this song again, without this connotation.

    I almost went to this concert, but it was right during midterms.s I just went to my fourth Decemberists concert on Tuesday, and I'm going to see them again at the Newport Folk Festival in July. I'm stoked!

    One of the best albums of 2011. The Decemberists are established as a band that belongs to the better ones in all genres of modern popular music.

    Love this song, glad to hear him and not the audience ruining it by singing along.... People need to understand they are not in their cars at concerts~

    Picking AND strumming. It's not really that hard of a song, if you've put at least a couple thousand hours on an acoustic. And can do some flatpicking...
