This case is one of the rare instances where corporations and studios set aside their greed and manipulation and genuinely wanted to honor an actor, a man, in good taste.
@basedboi3956

I think this is just one of the very rare cases where corporate interest happened to align with public interest. I mean, them handling Paul’s death in a tasteful and powerful manner helped catapult the film to $1.5B international sales. Corporations never do anything out of the kindness of their heart; they do things for the profit motive, because that’s the core purpose of a corporation- to profit. And in this case, the conclusion happened to be a positive one

I always think about his daughter dealing with such a tragic loss of her father. I hope she's doing okay. Her name is Meadow, and she's been growing into a beautiful, respectful lady and I guarantee Paul Walker is so proud of her. I feel bad she has to deal with that level of grief in life, especially at her young age at the time. Apparently Vin Diesel walked her down the aisle for Paul when she got married a year ago or so. Man, i still remember how i found out about Paul's death. I was over my friend's house on the day and it came up on his computer, i was convinced that it was a hoax until my friend showed me it wasn't and i sat there in shock for ages. I was getting my braces tightened on constellation dr in Santa Clarita when this happened. Paul was somewhat of a local hero in our city. They were pulling out of the always evolving shop parking lot and took a loop around constellation (which all of us car guys do out there. It’s our local burn spot.) I’ll never forget hearing the thud of the crash while sitting in the ortho chair, and leaving my appointment to pull up on a Porsche on fire being put out, and ambulances pulling away. I didn’t want to believe it was our hometown hero, but the always evolving team and charity event members made it abundantly clear. Rest In Peace Paul. Cody is filling in your shoes and together with Sean lee is making a huge difference in our community in your honor. That’s all. /end rant

I was supposed to save up to buy my own car and we could live our lives working on cars and racing around. We were gonna be an epic street racing duo. Last year in November he sadly decided to end his own life. Now listening to this song just hits harder and harder. I miss you man, you were like a brother to me. Paul Walker was my favorite actor. I had never "connected" with another actor like that before... Until Paul. And, until the franchise came out, I didn't know anything about cars or the cast, in general, really. However, after watching the first movie, I was hooked - on cars and on Paul, himself. He was so handsome. Those beautiful blue eyes and blonde hair with a touch of curl to it. I loved Paul and, the night that he died, I started bawling my eyes out; as if, I had just lost my best friend. And, in a sense, I still feel like I have - even till this day. He was a great man, friend, father, and actor. God Bless Paul Walker. Until we meet again someday...
Pat, u been versatile lately and I love it.
Thank you for paying respect to Paul Walker by making this video... you’re an incredible creator and I really appreciate your time and efforts. I wish you all the best in life.
One of the best sponsor transition, ong lmao
Shit is wild to see you blowing up and getting noticed by big creators like MoistCritikal, I remember watching your Rap videos and lists back during the early pandemic, you have come a long way, keep up the great content 💯🙏
My cousin died the exact same day that Paul did. This actually had me in tears, thank for sharing it. 💜
It’s sad that they didn’t stop after fast 7. Whats even sadder is that his friends like vin Luda and tyrese didn’t stand up against making more films

money bro ..... no amount is ever enough
This is probably your best video, I didn't even know that this was dedicated for Paul Walker and how this boosted Charlie Puth's career
When I watch that scene in the movie I think I'll always cry I remember watching it 3 years ago while I was 16 and homeless in a hotel room with 2 people I consider my brothers tripping on acid and that scene came on and I just thought of my dad and how he took his life not long before then. I love that song and fast and the furious I'll never forget watching it with my dad years ago. R.i.p dad r.i.p paul
that was a smooth ad pat

I get why everyone loves this guy but I still cant look past that he had a girlfriend that was 16 when he was well over his 30 mark.. classic Hollywood if you ask me.

THIS, everyone just pretends that didn’t happen. A man old enough to be her father and everyone just looks the other way because “haha me like car movie”. I could careless about how good of an actor you are, YOU SLEPT WITH A CHILD.
Charlie is an actual musical genius
The song will ALWAYS remind me of my late dad. He was a late Navy Veteran, and the last months was me and him going out every sunday to restaurants even to go see a movie. The last movie i got to see with my dad was Guardians of the Galaxy VOL.2. I saw my dad rolling away dead, and i was breaking down..and all i can do was to salute him.. I even breaking down trying not to cry typing this.
i cant watch or listen to anything got to do with Paul Walkers death cause every single time i feel like crying i grew up just like many of us watching Fast and Furious and i have very good memories of a very different time in my life from when i was younger and going to the movies to watch the new Fast and Furious movies with my family and now we are all grown up and living our own separate lives and those times and memories are long gone. damn i wish i could go back to when i was a kid

been recommended by the algorithm to check out your videos . This video is the best one yet and i seriously recommend doing similar videos rather than semi commentary stuff wich tends to lend itself mainly to drama. Subscribing right now.
Dang. It's so sad that Paul passed away but the good thing is that See You Again was an absolutely good song and a good way for the ending of the movie.
I think I remember reading somewhere that Charlie wrote the song for the label but they wanted to give it to another artist to sing. He gave them an ultimatum that either he sang the vocals for the song or they couldn't have it. Then the film cast and crew also wanted Charlie on it so the studio agreed and the rest is history. I think it's a beautiful song for anyone who has lost someone important in their lives. But I think it would be awkward to play that at a wedding. The song is unmistakably connected to a death.
