I absolutely adore both the dead notes and the fact they’re off key… just works so well.

I don't know how this song is not on Cold War Kids top 10 on spotify. It's my absolute favorite (my wife's too)

Put the bottle down one faithful day, it was empty as it always tended to be. How heavy a weight had been lifted, to be able to hold the world again, not glass in one hand and life in the other, but the world as a whole; grasped firmly in both hands.

Amazing! Simply Beautiful. Thank you for singing about something that is not beautiful or amazing. Thank you for singing about something that is heartbreaking and gripping. The harmonizing of you guys singing the chorus shook me to my core. I immediately started Reminiscing on the last three and a half years of my life. I almost lost my wife daughter and unborn son to alcoholism. Life is hard and it's even harder when your plastered everyday. Fortunately I chose my family over the bottle. So in conclusion I would like to personally thank you guys for covering this song and every aspect that went into it. You now have a life-long fan and my name is Dan.

This is probably my favorite cover you guys have done. HOly shit this is deep. I love you guys, and Scotts voice perfectly matches the emotion that Nathan Willett had in his. And yet, your version has a completely different emotional feel. Kudos brothers

Too much of a change. Would not pay for this. So let down.

The covers lately have been popping, doing these ICONIC songs in your distinct style is amazing. However, I do wish you made it a bit more clear that this wasnt your original song, almost seems like youre trying to take credit for it but its originally by the Cold War Kids: Robbers & Cowards album, one of their best

You should cover Mayday. Not sure if it was originally by Cam, but who knows.
