I was at this show, it was spectacular!! The same thing happened with them the first time I saw Primus open up for Rush: Although it was brilliant, no one was getting it. We were out there in the crowd getting our minds blown!

You have to hear them live to truly appreciate these guys...this doesn't do them justice

You're kidding, right? You do know that Les Claypool started saying "we suck" at the end of many of Primus' concerts early on, and the phrase caught on as a sort of joke, right? The Dead Kenny G's were OPENING for Primus, which is one of my all-time favorite bands. So, Primus is the band I went to see. I hope I don't have to explain it any further.

I saw them last night at Ruth Eckard Hall. They're like Pink Floyd; they're not good, they're not bad, they're just weird and play the music that I imagine stoners would listen to as they drop acid.
