Every actor blew me away, the characters felt so distinct and fun

They cancel the best shows. Bastard Son and The Devil Himself, Lockwood & Co, and I’m fully expecting them to cancel this 😭

I fell in love with Charles. Someone in the writer's room obviously had the experience of falling in love with your best friend, -especially your protective, 'bad', straight friend- and it showed in the camera work. Also whoever did Jayden's makeup and styling made him 10x more attractive.

But it seems like one of my types are for shy , scrawny , intelligent british guys because I also have a crush on Max Liebermann from Vienna Blood and all I could think about when I saw Geroge Rexstrew as Edwin was how much he resembled Mathew Beard as Max ...... They are legit the same characters honestly , intellegient British detectives ....

I love how they all love Josh, like we all love Monty, who couldn’t love Monty

Their chemistry on and off screen is what makes this such an amazing show. ❤

Jayden is seriously such a cutie like if he looked at me the way he looks at pretty much everyone in the cast then I’d faint. The guy liner was such a great touch but also just without he’s such a cutie. Fun and lovable

I hope this serial will get a second season! I love it so much! Characters, plot, whole setting and the crossovers between this show and The Sandman, It’s so stunning! But if there is one thing, that I admire about Dead Boy Detectives the most, it is the way the show is taking us, wiewers, on an this emotion roller coaster with every scene or characters interaction. Not that many shows can do that, these quick changes from sadness to happiness, anger and sadness again in less then three minutes, that are so believable and are making the whole story lot more interasting (and also makes us fall for the characters). Also, I am a big fan of Neil Gaimans work and seeing another one his creations making it into Netflix is just wonderfull!

OMG! Thank you! I really loved that series too! I was really upset that they cancelled it. I mean, the ending had me super hyped up for a second season. And yet nothing. That's how I decided to define the ending: Pulp Fiction briefcase effect We really need a second season of this series. There are questions that need answers. Will Niko come back to life? How will the agency change now that there are both the nurse and Crystal? Will Charles develop feelings for Edwin? (I really hope so) Who will be the villain instead of the witch? Will we see the Cat King and Jenny again?

@@SaveLockwoodNCo I loved Lockwood and Co. Thought it was brilliant. Netflix said it didn't rate well in the US which caused them to axe it was it was "very British". Dead Boy Detectives had British cast, but did you notice they set most of it in the USA? Hoping it will appeal to the US audience.

started watching the show because of ruth connell (supernatural)(dance) exec producer jeremy carver (supernatural) steve yockey (supernatural) oscar balderrama (arrow) n neil gaiman (comics) but I stayed because of the story how these characters very quickly grabbed ahold of me brought life forward from 2-D into 3-D in a show full of death there was sooOooo much friendship care n love.... there's always flaws I suppose I'll let someone else go there but to watch this as I used to read comic books n chill floating on a raft down a river n appreciate things for how they should be appreciated.... season 1 has started off brilliant n look forward to what's next!!... ps-n-by-the-way I really enjoyed yuyu kitamura n her character niko are we serious freaking adorbs!!! check it out if you haven't already!!! ❤️💀❤️
