Chesky coming into his own.
The initial idea of Airbnb was great - it was supposed to be hosted properties, i.e., you get to experience the life of a local by living in the home of a local. However, this is not what a very large number of Airbnbs are today. The way it works today has hurt a lot of people who didn't decide to turn into multiple property owning landlords (and that could only ever be a limited number of people anyway). The fact that people can rent 10 apartments and turn them into Airbnbs just reduces the supply of available long-term rentals, which results in higher rents. The same is happening with homes being bought up and turned into STRs, all of which results in rising prices for all places to live and results in less disposable income for people to spend on other things. It was bad enough when this impacted large cities / tourist centers. But the reality is that this is now happening almost everywhere in the US. The way Airbnb is implemented today should change.
I have a big concern towards Airbnb legal matters and I don't have anyone that can solve this for me as there is not a proper e mail address and maybe he doesn't even now something this big is going on
This guy has steve jobs mannerisms

Where is airbnb now? Overpriced stays … investors wants to triple their money … raising fees …. hotels are back big time Have not used airbnb in last 2 years Used hotels like 20 times
Affordable housing was always in critical mode all over the world ; the advent of Abnb has only aggravated it. Sadly to a large extent it's serving the people who are already privileged and can afford the perks of travel or own multiple homes. A good idea gone sour.

The financial market has been a really tough one this past months, but I watched an interview on CNBC where the anchor kept mentioning “…DAVINA NORMAN…”. This prompted me to get in touch with her, and from October 2021 till now we have been working together, and I can now boast of $15k in my trading portfolio

I earned more this year because I have been investing while working at the same time. I invested through Mrs Davina Norman, same woman that the anchor kept mentioning on CNBC, and made multiple of my start up capital within three months . She lives here in the USA and she is licensed.
