Yes I had a problem with a Line Manager 4 years ago during the Pandemic We were allowed into work while everyone else were in Lock down because our firm was granted essential work permits This line manager his name is Andy and he was a character type that wouldn't get dirty ALWAYS giving out to myself Grant and Danny my 2 colleagues Grant would tell me hey Mike Andy is having a go again I said I know he has He's says how do you know you weren't around when he was leaning on me I said I can see it Grant and hear it Then this Line manager has come and had a go at Danny and Dan just takes it but I see the anger in Dan's face Now I'm angry not because of Andy because Dan is just taking it like a door mat and so is Grant I'm fuming ready to let go but I calm myself into ease The next day I turned up to work late by 2 hours on purpose and I triggered off that anger inside myself That I was feeling the day before And I was intensify the state as I was approaching the building that we were working inside I was going through all the SM and I was Primed and Ready Grant was there Danny was there and 3 others when the Line Manager came over angry why I didn't call in why I was late I then went into this Deep Furious Trance State all non verbal congreuncy intentionn Everthing was lined up and ready I said Andy I just came off the bus and had a disagreement with the Driver over face masks and he raised his hands and pushed me as I said this I stepped right forward into Andys personal space and I said Andy I called the Bus driver this that and the other and my eyes were burning through Andy's eyes as I was explaining what I was describing Andy flinched and stepped back in shock and was white as a ghost not once was it directly aimed at him but he knew at the core level it was exactly meant for him to back off Crant and Danny From that day forward he was sweet as pie just because the bus driver was annoying

@@MikeMandelHypnosis it was an Indirect warning to a Bully who liked giving it out But I matched his behaviours and attitude No more Bullying in the work place in fact he couldn't take the environment that his attitude created so he qiut the job Happy Days
