34:34 the F-35A is the land based version while the F-35B is the VSTOL variant. The C variant is just one meant to take off from aircraft carriers

Anchorhead Raid🔥🔥

Can’t wait to this game to launch. Looks so promising. And interesting with all the customization. It really makes a difference what you bring to the battle.

Raptor, if You click in the white circle next to the vehicle You can change for example weapons or put extra armor, You can change misilles in aircrafts, really cool

Seems almost like a Warhammer tabletop type game.

I highly appreciate the fact that they added the JLTV system

RRC is the Regimental Reconnaissance Company. They are part of Special Troops BN of the 75th Ranger RGT, but many of their missions fall under JSOC. The RSOV is the old Ranger Special Operations Vehicle. It was chopped down to fit in a Chinook.

Naval combat could make a nice DLC actually worth paying for later down the line if pulled off right. They could make it either a part of normal ground combat or it's own or it's own game mode.

Imagine an GLA inspired faction comes into play. With focus on asymmetrical warfare. That would be epic.

I m looking forward to Broken Arrow and Sanctuary: Shattered Sun, Sanctuary is gonna be a good itch to scratch for those of us missing Supreme Commander style game

Hopefully the "Rapid Dragon" missiles will be added some how, they are need badass missiles

I always wondered about the Russian thought process of designing their war tech. Some of their technology is crazy impressive where others are stupid.

I mean, some people say that Stryker is a stupid vehicle cuz of thin armour and lack of firepower, same goes for LAV platform, MRAP/HMMWV-style vehicles and so on, yet US Army still uses and upgrades them instead of spending >1% of infinite money they have to create fast and extremely well armoured APC with ~50mm autocannon and some insane ATGM launcher. From point of view of average riflemen, investing in such APC/IFV would be a "smarter" idea, than keep on sending guys into battle on a vehicle that becomes a coffin after AT mine explodes under it or after it gets hit by the most commonly found in the world anti-tank weapon - RPG-7. However, if it exists = there's a case use for it. US generals need their vehicles to be transportable by air and sea easily, that's why those are lightly armoured and they don't really need anything more than M2 Browning on those APCs cuz they are not supposed to be used for intense fighting anyway, so cheaper HMG that is easier to maintain and resupply is great. Some people say "it's stupid" about things that are actually built for purpose and built in a smart way. Pretty sure that russian army has the same thought process about their war tech.

@@submarine6410 well, when russians had only ~200 000 soldiers (Pentagon's estimates), Ukraine was able to mobilize more than 700 000 soldiers (according to Zelensky's interview on UA state TV) and their officials had plans to reach 1 million mark. Such numbers kicked russians out of Kharkiv and Kherson, even though casualties on Ukraine's side during those offensives were huge. It also forced russians to call in reserves. Numbers very much work.

i hope they add a JSOC unit that is expensive but towers over all other infantry. M270 would be cool as well as the laser weapon mounted stryker (like a laser CRAM)

Recommended Graphics: Nvidia 1060 6GB/Radeon RX 590 Storage: 40 GB available space my 3080 runs it at ultra, but since its still in demo there's still stability issues and a crash every so often

hey raptor the m7 bradley fist has a range finder on it not a tow only has 25 mike and has a coax i was a fister who served on the bradley it was used to observer artillery and relay stuff to the airforce and apache pilots can do naval gunfire and cas calls with marines as well

I liked the part where the gameplay starts, the gameplay was amazing

Was not exactly paying attention to him explaining the unit, couldn't help but start jamming to the background music.

34:28 only the F-35b can. F-35a is for Airforce, F-35b was mainly made for Marines with a hover function, and F-35c is for the navy with longer foldable wings. F-35a is the basic one

I just got the demo and it started working really beautiful graphics and started playing then when I started to move my soldiers it just freezing up on me and I had a hard time to get it to play. I ended up having to turn off😞

Little bit of a gripe I have...I really wish the in-game models for the infantry matches their badass artwork. Specifically the Force Recon guys. Balaclavas are cool, but still weak compared to boonie hats and face paint. 😏

It sucks the F-22 Raptor isn't in there, at least right now

The a variant of the f35 isn’t the version that’s has the vtol capability the f35a is the Air Force version it’s the f35b high is the marine version that has the vtol capability

Since Vehicles APS Is a thing in this game, I just noticed M1A1 HC doesn’t have Infra red Countermeasures optics on top left side of turret near the M240 MG Maybe it’s because iam playing war thunder to much 💀

Take it really slow with movement, keep units supplied before moving to capture anything

You need to use a combined arms approach Mix of infantry (marines, recon, antitank) with support of artillery for moving and vehicule It's really fun but yes it's a bit difficult at first

It has to be alpha version unbalance issues. Enemy is literally aimbot, plus line of sight with fog of war when rolling up on a building you're gone if it has enemies in it. Like Raptor said in one of his streams, US vehicles are paper right now. I do hope this requires more strategy than usual when finished, most RTS usually means finding the right unit and it's steam roll your way from there.

One thing I really want to do is deploy a strike force of Rangers to take objectives. Marines are cool and all...but Rangers Lead The Way!

Hey All, Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but is there any sort of books or encyclopedias that show Russian Military equipment, vehicles, units, etc. in detail? I've seen books that have a ton of pictures for American Military equipment and vehicles, but curious to hear/see if there are similar ones for the Russian Military that anyone knows of? One can reference the Osprey articles covering WW2.

Demo was hard took me a min to figure out I could deploy more units 😅 then the logistics and management of all units sheesh

Yeah but give it time I recommend watching others It’s a learning situation personally I get the dragons in on the force recon then take control of the left flank much like raptor did. Also give them a dragon team. Watch their ammo. Move in marines Don’t call in more marines Use what you have Save up points so when calling in force recon you can get the lav Also baby them pull out watch the enemies targeting bar and try to reverse before they get a shot off Get two motors and control the first stage with what you You need to take the fort asap So that’s why having the four marines with the two osprey is key and do this while moving the rest of the forces over I’d also avoid the malls Use motor to target enemies in building to save lives

@@dominicviner6619 I got all the way to the end when u take the buildings I fumbled my tanks cause I didn't know u could set up fobs with the trucks I knew I could get supplies but didn't know how it worked lol. I played the Tom Clancy RTS back in the day so I remember the basics nut this is shaping up to be a good game

China, SK, NK, Japan, Australia. Vietnam would also be nice to have as well. Maybe a campaing in South China Sea with you as the underdog, in this case Vietnam. I would love to see a SCS crisis with Vietnam and China in this game

Seems like a cool game, but the sheer amount of different units and sub units variations is overwhelming. Steel Division 2 was already quite deep, but this is another level. The learning curve is way too high for this one.
