Dang,this is so simple, but it sounds hauntingly AWESOME. It seems easy enough that just maybe I learn to play a little bit of slide this way...

I recently bought part 1 of this course on Homespun. It has several songs on it including Swamp Dog Blues and Jan’s Song. Very good for anyone wanting to learn some of Mike Dowling’s tunes. Both DVDs are available and surprisingly well priced.
