Yeah he should

Just watched this through digital theatre's website. Richard Armitage's performance was powerful and heartbreaking at the same time. Thank you for the interview post. He's an insightful actor that utterly gives himself into his roles.

I learned so much about this play and this actor by watching this 5 minute video. What a man. I've never heard him as grounded - and quietly proud.

I could'nt find the crucible on dvd. Arghh, this ITW makes it even regretful. A huge actor and comedian, talented, elegant, cerebral and yet, modest. To put it in a nutshell : I'm a big RA fan :)

Really insightful interview into character development, Richard's performance was memorizing, now beginning to understand how John was created, not just from words on a page, but to be a physical incarnation of Miller's imagined colonist farmer .

Thanks a lot for this, takes me right back to The Old Vic!!

I was able to watch the play on KZread and I cried in acts 2 and 4

If they reboot WOLVERINE he's the only actor I will support for it. No one on earth looks and sounds as much like Hugh as well as has an amazing deep voice that would make for a PERFECT Wolverine. Get this man a contract and fitness trainer and I'll pull out my wallet to buy tickets. MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Hannah Rogers and communism was a major factor at the time Miller wrote it so it is sort of his analogy for it.
