One of my prof from Florida State College at Jacksonville, FL asked us to check out this video and when I get stressed out I go out side and take a walk along the river or go to the beach. This weekend I went to the blues fest at the beach and took in the fresh air then I came back home to do some homework and it helped -- alot.
