Nah. The Eastern playoffs was terrible. OKC vs GSW and CLE vs GSW were the only notable series. Plus Panthers v Broncos was a bad Super bowl

this was also the night Kris Jenkins hit the buzzer beater for Villanova to win the Championship

As a Lakers fan, the 2016 season was just a wild mix of emotions. The Lakers were terrible all year, my second favorite teams the Warriors get 73 wins and Steph gets uniramous MVP, and my favorite player LeBron James leads the Cavileers to the most insane comeback in sports history.

You guys should break down the whole season. Like touch up coming off the finals from 2015. Talk about cavs warriors spurs (who if I’m not mistaken won like 67 games) bring up the all star weekend. Talk about the records he shattered If I remember correctly isiah Thomas playoff performance when his sister passed. (can’t remember if that was 2016) thunder road to conference finals and blowing a 3-1 lead (game 6 klay was born). And finally the finals 3-1 lead being blown draymond suspension the shot the block. It literally was the greatest season ever

I know this video was all about the regular season… but I feel like it just isn’t right to cap it off without talking about the warriors coming back from a 3-1 deficit in the conference finals only to then choke away the same 3-1 lead in the finals. As an avid Kobe/lakers fan, I appreciate the way you guys broke down his last game. But even with all that, I will always remember this season by one quote: 73-9 sounds pretty good. But 72-10? Facts. The Finals matchup was so damn predictable & Eastern Conference playoffs especially was a complete joke. Also bryant had an awful/disappointing last season and one game doesnt change that

No its different. Basketball is a global sport now. In the 1960s there was like 10 teams, many schools didnt even have Bball teams. It was premerger, too. Some players had second jobs back then.
