Dolores was my husband's favourite singer. Her songs were part of our life. Dreams was even played at our wedding in 2005. My husband committed suicide in 2012 and anytime I've heard a Cranberries song since, my heart was torn apart. Especially this one. "Lying in my bed again and I cry 'cause you're not here..." He would have been so devastated by the news... With her gone, that's another small part of him which dies again... They were two tormented souls. I hope they've both found peace now... RIP.

Pre brzo prošlo vrijeme...jučer još slušao Cranberries i bio mlad, danas ne prepoznam čovjeka u ogledalu...ali kad čujem prve sekunde ove stvari vratim se natrag u 90e..pozdrav iz Njemačke

Her voice was like her fingerprint.....there will never be another like it.....and it is so natural that when you hear it there is no mistake as to who is singing.....she truly was a breath of fresh air her short time on the planet.....

I had this on tape also.

Her passing for was the most heartbreaking celebrity passing ever for me. She had it all. Beautiful, talented, and seem come effortlessly to her. She didnt any gimmicks to shine. Just a awesome peformer!

Dolores was and is without doubt the best female vocalist in Rock History!

She had such a unique voice that it's impossible to replicate. I still cry when i hear their songs, certain songs from a time that i will never forget. Like a smell, music is so evocative and takes you back to that place in time. She'll be forever missed. x

When I was a teenager my mom when yell to turn down the music when I played the Cranberries lol. She hated her yodeling like singing. But I still love it today. Brings back heartfelt memories. I listened to them a lot!

seriously though, i still think this is one of the most under-rated cranberries songs.. because it captures better than any other song the real pain of when someone you loved dies. knowing you have to carry their spirit in your heart. & live for the both of you. have the strength for both of you. even though you think their strength was at a higher level than yours. you are passed the torch. it really makes you feel like you're not a "kid" anymore more than anything. feel the burden of that weight.

This song is upbeat, yet devastating. You can hear the longing in her heart.

Back in mid 90's about 2yrs after I picked up an acoustic guitar and discovered it's a shite tonne of work to make it sound special, this song made me focus on both performance and theory. Discordant vocals can sound great with correct emotion (ie: Dana Immanuel for track Mother F**king Wh""e, or that Wainwright sibling).

I grew up with the cranberries in 90s. I love you cranberries even until now. Her unique voice still lingers. 😢😢😢

I was in my teens when the Cranberies were doing their thing, it made me so proud that they were from my hometown of Limerick. I loved the fact that Dolores with her native Limerick accent, none more so than in this song. Sleep easy Dolores, our proud warrior Queen.

That drums are so awesome, well actually everything is awesome about that song.

I love to hear her sing things like'tings' and 'chi-yuld' with that Irish slice. The beginning of this song always releases endorphins for me. I'll never forgive myself as a child of the 70s for waiting until 2022 to discover Dolores and this song in particular. Yes I heard songs like Dreams and Zombie back in the day, but I never looked harder until it was too late.

Back in the 90's her music inspired me and still is today may her memories continue to be sung

I grew up in the most rural and southern part of SE Alaska in the 90’s... I stole this CD from my sister when CD’s were still a new thing. I was in 6th grade.

So sad that you have to go so soon. Dolores you always will be part of the soundtrack of my life. Rest in peace angels voice.
