These vids feel so nostalgic to me, i have all 4 books still, at home and i remember nearly every build and trying to recreate them and failing miserably, Good video

I remember the redstone handbook, still have it. Made many things with it, even an artillery battery by changing the TNT cannon a bit

I remember building all of the tutorial creations from every single book and I remember specifically the creations and book with the mansion I built that thing more times than I can count

the 3x3 piston door, potion maker and complex lightings were things in my copy that you didnt show. you should do those sometime.

i actually got the Redstone book and i still use the daylight sensor light thing i actually didnt realise that it was from here since i got the book several years ago

this book actually taught me how to make the jeb door which helped me very much as it inspired me to make more hidden doors for secret bases and stuff. im no redstone expert but i can make a few cool systems

Dude, I was so into these books that the Dual Shot cannon is the first TNT cannon that I think of when making a TNT cannon. I have that recipe hardwired into my head like the ability to breathe.

I’ve used that jeb door recipe many many times. I have it memorized at this point, but the book taught it to me.

Redstone has not been forgotten, just look at Mumbo Jumbo that man has made a career for himself by being a nerd

@@BramLastname Huh? Everyone I know who plays Minecraft is using redstone doors, and auto-farms. It’s dependent on the kinds of people you play with and the creators you watch. The redstone community is still alive and well and has been since its release. Honestly nowadays the outliers are people who don’t use redstone in their worlds at least a little bit.

I remember seeing those handbooks in Asda and telling my dad that they it was the most important book in the fandom when I was little. I had no idea what I was talking about Still have them to this day

I still use the redstone handbook today, the 1.8 version has some really cool stuff like a fully automated potion brewing machine and a variable range TNT cannon. I can remember at school in 2016 I photocopied a kids copy of the book because I didn't have it at the time.

I actually got both the Combat Handbook and Construction Handbook for free recently since my school was "throwing" the books out, ("throwing" in this case giving the books away to make space for other books.)

When i was starting with redstone that book helped me a lot

I use to go to the bookstore many times just to look at it as I can't get it. After ard a few years I finally got the whole set when it was discounted. That day was never forgotten. The point is I don't even have the game and I use to just read thsoe books again and again evryday and imagine myself in that world.

This is my favorite book lol I still use it to this day for that jeb door

I have the combat, Redstone, and crafting ones i think so that is the sword, Redstone dust, and pickaxe. I love the books and still have them somewhere they are legendary to me.

I still have this book (updated edition) next to me on this shelf as I'm watching this. If it wasn't for this book, I wouldn't be so good at redstone today.

I’m alright with redstome farms Automatic farms n stuff, sometimes I’ll try to make my own design and other times I’ll try and improve on the designs of others. I’m not the best but I’m alright. I recommend trying to learn how red stone works if you have some time. You’ll love it

I own all four handbooks. They've been on my shelf for years now. I'm reading along with these videos. They are fun to reread.

I made a redstone door once i lost it in the map but when i was copying a tutorial i messed up somewhere ao i tried to make my own 7 failed attempts and when i made 1 i didnt even know how it worked but id tou opened it from the outside closed it in the indide you can only open it from the inside so that was pretty cool
