Norm McCall, a member of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada - London Centre, gives us a solid analysis as to why he decided to go with the design for his urban observatory as well as some key points that he used in its construction. Norm gave his presentation to the Recreational Astronomy Night program held online on December 6, 2023.
