Regardless of when or whether it comes back, I greatly appreciate these videos. I like watching you play things like Hearts of Iron IV, but your videos that branch out and cover other kinds of games (even RTS games like this) are my personal favorites. Thank you, and keep up the good work.

Consortium players when they make everyone, including themselves, get angry at the state of the game and ragequit

Ok, I heard the consortium was OP in this game but fighting a 1vs2 with most of your planets blown up and still pretty much fighting them to a draw? That's utterly ridiculous.

It wasn’t a 1v2 for Bo. The rebels were constantly fighting against the empire (which was at maximum unit capacity and couldn’t build units). Braun (rebels) essentially didn’t touch Bo except for one or two fights, some of which were instigated by Bo being paranoid and expecting Braun to backstab the anti-empire coalition, which he didn’t do. This game was a 1v1 with Bo sitting in the corner watching the firework.

@@3st3st77 Huh-uh. I don't know if you just didn't notice that heart but Bo himself disagrees with you. Also 9:14. ''Braun when are you gonna attack Cho'king?'' The Empire and the rebels weren't fighting each other. I don't know why you seem to think you know how this game went better than the people who were actually playing the game.

@@giantWario I watched the full stream and Braun was constantly begging Bo to attack the empire as he had agreed to do. However, Bo only did that after Braun had attracted all the attention. In the meantime, multiple planets changed hands between rebels and the empire. Bo later disbanded a part of his fleet rather than using it and pretty much stopped moving. Obviously Bo would disagree with me here, how does that prove anything?

@@giantWario Exactly, none of the lads featured in these videos ever exaggerate the odds they face when they speak to each other.

If you want to roach Anaxes even more, press Ctrl + A to select all units at the beginning and right click the landing zone

Gotta love these old RTS games.

Many Defilers died to bring us this entertainment.

A wild goose chase between Tyber and Garm on Bespin and Siege of Anaxes part 2, yeah this is the kind of EAW content I love to see from Bo. I really hope this comes back, this was so much fun and I'll continue to watch these videos again and again. From humble beginnings to where we are now. Simply beautiful.

Bo has given me a great and amazing back to school gift. This is the series that brought me here, and I’ve never left. Thank you so much for all the years of entertainment. I love this series and you. Keep writing great scripts, mate.

The fact they've been at it for this long, and STILL haven't turned off the auto-use for unit abilities, is somewhat impressive lol watching veers nuke an unoccupied bunker at the start was a moment of sadness xD

Finally, the finale of a great posting series of EaW, hope in the near future we can see more, this are some of the funniest episodes all the time

Tbh, Garm Bel Iblis vs Tyber Zahn was great, and I can totally imagine a moment like this in a legends book/comic.

Thing is that the consortium is that faction where, if played by a rat and not curb-stomped immediately, it becomes a nightmare to eradicate. Laughed my arse off when I first played it years ago and got those ewoks, especially the way the bag gets poked and they charge out. Such a fun way to ruin AT ATs.

The nostalgia is strong with this one

to be fair, Jabim in the old EU was a meat grinder during the Clone Wars

the hotkeys are super useful if you remember them. My favourites are, iirc: Cloak (Alt + C) Boost shields (for rebel ships Shift + O) Select all (Ctrl + A) Bribe/buy enemy unit (Tyber special ability Alt + B) Boost firepower (Shift + N) Take cover (Rebel & Imperial infantry ability Ctrl + Z) Lock S-Foils (Shift + W) I forget the drop seismic charge one but that’s also pretty good Additionally, you can set groups of units by selecting desired units, and pressing Ctrl + number. Then you can select them at any time using the used number.

Oh, and you can move multiple units in a fleet in the galactic conquest gamemode by dragging cursor over them. Since you can’t move units while paused, this makes fleet creation and splitting actually possible. And, you can always sell units, and buildings in the map by right clicking on the unit/building

I don't think so, unfortunately. I think some of the more advanced mods have more than 3 factions, but they usually break multiplayer.

Tbh Garm is the most OP/annoying unit in the game. It's literally a moving multi-turrented turbolaser tower with shields

If memory serves right, if the Rebel player wants to be the overpowered one in a fight against the Consortium for once and absolutely dominate in space, just spam the MC30c Frigate. Capital ships? Stations? Heavy shields? _Torpedoes._ Fighters or anything with steath trying to sneak by? _Cluster Bombs obliterate small craft and don't care if they can't see you._ Can get hard countered (on the capital ship side at least) by the Empire mixing a few Immobilizers into their fleets though. Fighters will still get shredded by those bombs. As for when you are the Empire: TIE Defenders.

I hope you'll consider playing more old school Star Wars and old school RTS games. If you're taking recommendations, I'd offer the original Battlefront 2 and Command and Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath.
