The Connected Universe | Nassim Haramein | TEDxUCSD

NOTE FROM TED: This talk only represents the speaker's personal theories which remain an ongoing field of study. We've flagged this talk because it falls outside the content guidelines TED gives TEDx organizers. TEDx events are independently organized by volunteers. The guidelines we give TEDx organizers are described in more detail here: storage.ted.com/tedx/manuals/t...
Through nearly 30 years of research in physics and writing multiple papers, Haramein has come to a deep understanding of the underlying mechanics of our universe, using his equations and theory to calculate the most accurate prediction of the charge radius of the proton to date. Bringing in evidence from fundamental physical principles and leading research, he is able to show that we live in a connected universe with an inherent feedback network in the structure of space, which has led to pioneering insights in our interpretation of cosmological, quantum, and biological scale systems.
Nassim Haramein is a physicist, public speaker, inventor, educator, and the Director of Research at The Resonance Project Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to delivering knowledge and technology to the world which is based on a holistic and complete view of the dynamics and forces of nature, addressing the critical and systemic challenges humanity faces today
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at ted.com/tedx

@@Blackrainbow1970 and it's easy to make fun of people you don't know, generalizing them and putting them in a box. It is also a powerful tool to manipulate people to stay in their narrative bubble. Also one of the techniques this new age salesman uses to sell his crystals, pyramid tours, books and talks and pitch his "foundation" to donors - which he uses to pay himself and for his expenses. As a physicist he is not peer reviewed. He claims to have predicted stuff that he publishes in papers where anybody can publish for money AFTER the discovery he claims to have predicted was made. He makes up his own quantum-vodoo vocabulary that is detached from the meaning of the same words in actual physics, math etc. Plenty of conman-red flags! I'd rather marvel at the beauty of actual science on a yt channel like 3blue1brown than listen to this quack.

Bill Hicks had a bit that always resonated with me... Life is like a ride in an amusement park. And when you choose to go on it you think it's real because that's how powerful our minds are. And the ride goes up and down and round and round. It has thrills and chills and it's very brightly colored and it's very loud and it's fun, for a while. Some people have been on the ride for a long time, and they begin to question: "Is this real, or is this just a ride?" And other people have remembered, and they come back to us, they say: "Hey, don't worry, don't be afraid, ever, because this is just a ride." ... and we kill those people. "Ha ha, Shut him up. We have a lot invested in this ride. Shut him up. Look at my furrows of worry. Look at my big bank account and my family. This just has to be real." It's just a ride. But we always kill those good guys who try and tell us that, you ever notice that? And let the demons run amok. But it doesn't matter, because it's just a ride. And we can change it anytime we want. It's only a choice. No effort, no work, no job, no savings and money. A choice, right now, between fear and love. The eyes of fear want you to put bigger locks on your doors, buy guns, close yourself off. The eyes of love instead see all of us as ONE. Here's what we can do to change the world, right now, to a better ride. Take all that money we spend on weapons and defense each year, and instead spend it feeding, clothing and educating the poor of the world, which it would many times over, not one human being excluded, and we can explore space together, both inner and outer, forever, in peace. 1ove 👁

We have to start our own common community coins (like a bartering system detached completely from the current fiat system). Then, once the people in communities across the world who care, as you do, can make this peaceful existence a reality. It shouldn't take long to topple the fiat system if just enough of us (1,000 to 10,000) start this new system and stop participating with the current fiat banking systems.

Universal truths are also hidden by close-minded, archaic interpretations of ancient history. The demonization of anything that challenges the established "norms" of social, political, and monetary order continues to rage. But, the resistance to it is growing. The established "system" has overwhelming, systemic failures of pandemic proportions. At some juncture universal truth will prevail. It always does. And, it always leaves the Ego in the dust.

The hologram idea, where the further you observe or the closer you observe you get the golden ratio effect. In other words, you look at an atom, and it looks like outer space, or you look at outer space and it looks like an atom. We are only limited by the instruments we use. The bigger the microscope the more we see, could an entire universe be living inside of every atom or cell? This is where we get the phrase everything is one.

Youre blaming the wrong people for taking the time to correct these papers even though hes never tried to peddle them in any real science circles because he knows they wont give him any money.

When a problem thwarts you-when you find no solution and no one to help you-go into meditation. Meditate until you find the solution. It will come. I have tested this hundreds of times, and I know the focusing power of attention never fails. It is the secret of success. Concentrate, and don’t stop until your concentration is perfect. Then go after what you want. As a mortal being you are limited, but as a child of God you are unlimited. Connect your concentration with God. Concentration is everything. First go within; learn to focus your mind and to feel the power of God. Then go after material success. - Paramahansa Yogananda "Focusing the Power of Attention for Success"

@@mikeoxmaul138 it’s interesting how people who can’t even understand numbers want to speak about Christ. Religion as a whole is filled with nonsense and is filled with ideas that are not consistent with modern day thinking. But what if I told you that modern-day thinking has led us to the conclusion of where we are now on earth. The ideas that this man is expressing are the ideas that many other people have asked them selves for millennia. The idea behind a overall God is to try to depict to us as humans taco exist with each other however we are all imperfect so therefore it is impossible to actually continue to coexist at the rate of population on this earth. Is it so hard to believe that we may not get to the end of the equation because it needs to be so precise that our human brains cannot comprehend it. Do you understand that that number will never be able to be found and done correctly because our human brains can actually not comprehend those ideas. You might think of AI systems that will come to to try and solve those problems but in the world of robotics and artificial intelligence we are not even close to fulfilling that. We are closer to war than we are closer to finding this answer. I’m telling you as a scholar that God is real. I have had higher learning as I’m sure many of you have had and I can tell you that God is the answer. If we can actually have faith in some thing that we cannot see and we can put our soul behind it we will be better people. Will that happen no it will not because you will not change. Everything can be solved via love through Jesus. The idea is to believe in something more than yourself in order to allow humankind to prosper. Not in a you get a vaccine type of way but in a way that you are willing to love someone so much that you would sacrifice for them as they would for you. But humankind is plagued which is why we were only lead ourselves to distraction it’s only a matter of time. And if you really want a good lesson go back and study your history boys. Nothing will be able to solve your questions like the history of the past.

If some random guy would somehow tell the possible use of atom as a source of energy or throw some equations from Einstein to the scientific environment of 200 years ago, all would ridicule him to the ground and say he was a charlatan, can we agree on this particular hypothetical suggestion? yet we are using now atom energy to charge our cars and mobile devices partly based on this technology at the moment. Can you please tell me in simple words why do you think he is a charlatan and not even worth to listen, what makes this guy different from any other person of great discovery, who was ridiculed at his own time because he bumped / discovered something that too radical and out of standard methods, thought patterns of his time? If it is because he did not follow a regular education like many accepted scientists, does that mean that you can only be considered legit if you only go through prescribed path, even if you find a potential breakthrough for civilization.. Remember that Wright brothers only graduated from high school and they were not physicists.. I am sincerely trying to understand why world of science do not give this guy a shot, why can the impossible become possible like it happened thousands of times before in the history of science?

When he says "all of the sudden, I had quantum gravity" it's not true. There are no known quantum sub-particules or principles that causes gravity. We are looking to find evidences that quantum gravity is a thing but it has not been founded.

+NassimHaramein is one of those people who can be regarded as approaching enlightenment in modern sense. I love the energy in him. How fantastically he puts those facts bare in front of the world to understand, find and pass on the simple information which we thought was secret till date. Seems like we are this close to solve everything we need to and beyond.

I'd say that to be able to harness all that energy in a productive way we first need to polish the way we think about each other, seeing connectedness instead of separation, the reason to share instead of the reason for avarice. Lest we start fighting and competing with each other with planck-level type weaponry!

He is explaining things I have seen in my dreams for several years now. I do not have a formal science education but I know he is on the right track. The zero point and scalar energy are in the "space" between sub-atomic particles/energies. And, the zero point includes all potential and is inter-related with consciousness! -We have an interesting future as this science is applied to solving issues in 3-D.

The only problem is that it is not science but pseudo-science. Since his "scientific claims" are generically wrong and his method is full of flaws, none of his results will ever end up in technological applications.
