I would like to request a video focusing on recovery from abusive relationships. This would mean a focus on safety, empowerment, knowing your truth and reestablishing a sense of self. Your words of wisdom always come at the perfect time

Greetings Miss Anna : Compound Affect ! Definitely gives me positive thoughts and giving me self energy to maintain my goal . My goal is to do a Marathon. Ive been slow jogging for a while . I started for mental health & physical health. Now it's in my thoughts..a marathon. Ive been through enough this year . Im in remission. The healing process is a long time but I'm still kicking and I love myself for that Anna. Me , I did come out of chemo/radiation treatments a better person. Attitude wise . It changes your perspective on a lot of things. I just wanna run/jog . And ypur helping me get there ! Thank you . I needed this talk tonight!

Love this. My big change for 2024 is visual aids. I’ve been writing out very specific goals on my whiteboard as well as other visual aids to keep me focused and on track. I wish I would have starting doing this sooner it’s been very effective so far!
